We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb villa room! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly cozy. Ruxana, the host, was responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa’s rooftop was a standout feature, offering an incredible view of the Dubai skyline, including the majestic Burj Khalifa. The location was convenient and close to key attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Really great apartment, easy to find, easy to get into. Communication was fast and great value for money. Would recommend.

Everything was great & provided, from the basic essentials, interior design, up to the balcony with stunning burj khalifa view! We just had a hard time with the parking access card as it is not working. Security / reception / owner had an miscommunication and wont let us in everytime we get back to the place. In addition, WiFi is not that stable inside the rooms. 3 room does not have any ventilation.. Overall it was superb! My family enjoyed the eid holidays. Thank you so much for accommodating us!

Von der Buchung bis zum letzten Tag war alles einfach nur perfekt! Bez war bereits vor unserer Anreise für uns da und hat sich unglaublich aufmerksam um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Besonders schön war, dass er kurzfristig ein Babybett für uns organisiert hat, das bei unserer Ankunft schon liebevoll bereitstand. Das Zimmer entsprach genau der Beschreibung – wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Bez war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns nicht nur bei Fragen zur Unterkunft unterstützt, sondern auch tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Seine herzliche Art und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht – es hat sich von Anfang an so angefühlt, als würde man einen guten Freund besuchen. Wir sind unendlich dankbar für diese wundervolle Erfahrung und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und den Kontakt aufrechterhalten. Vielen, vielen Dank, Bez, für alles!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment! Hosted the 6 of us well. Perfect location as it is so close to Yas island, only 5 mins by car. Everything was clean and very aesthetically decorated. Pull-out couch was comfortable! The host is extremely friendly and communicated with us really well. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

Marie is very accommodating and understanding. The property is well maintained with all amenities you can think of. The house gives you urban beach house vibes yet very comforting. Easily accessible to the beach.

House was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. It's on a nice estate called villanova which is very well maintained. The pool is just a minutes walk and the kids loved it. Again, it was very well maintained. The host was really flexible with check in / out and when we arrived and found there were no cereal bowls, they turned up brand new the next day. Really repsonsive and helpful. Thanks

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

I stayed in the studio, it's tiny but all the needs are available. travelling around with taxi or public transport is easy and Zayed responses super fast. Perfect location to stay on a budget in Al Ain!

Alina var en perfekt värd - vänlig och hjälpsam. Tack för fina dagar i din lägenhet! Vi möttes av en välkomstpresent och två flaskor vatten. Hon såg till att vi fick flera travel adapters så vi kunde ladda telefoner och annat. Lägenheten motsvarade beskrivningen och var väldigt fin. Luftkonditioneringen i både sovrum och vardagsrum fungerade perfekt. Läget på lägenheten är jättebra - nära restauranger, affärer och havet. Den allmänna stranden ligger på andra sidan vägen, dit gick vi en kväll. Övriga dagar gick vi istället några minuter extra för att komma till en privat strand. Kostade 50 AED per vuxen och barn gratis. Där fanns solstolar, toaletter, duschar, restaurang och lekplats. Tips att besöka caféet mittemot (Nabeel Nafisah Sweets). Väldigt goda små bakverk - billigt, trevlig personal och autentiskt. Lokalborna verkade också älska detta ställe. Det är tredje gången vi besöker Ajman och vi gillar området - lugnt och bra prisnivå. Passar bra att kombinera med några dagar i Dubai.
