Fully self-contained 2 brm home in bayside Brisbane. Tiddabinda (sister's sitdown) is a contemporary urban Aboriginal styled 2 bedroom totally self-contained home of comfort and modern convenience. With its own front entrance, fully fenced front garden, lounge with excellent entertainment options, a modern full sized kitchen, large bathroom, full sized wardrobes it is home to you. You have your own entrance, full sized lounge, fully functional kitchen (full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop), a huge bathroom and two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) with family sized wardrobes. All mod cons are included such as Foxtel, Telstra TV, Google Home and unlimited NBN high speed internet (wifi). This “smart” home is environmentally friendly, uses only non-toxic products and is equipped with two air conditioners and ceiling fans everywhere which ensures your comfort at any time of year. The whole house has filtered water which is delicious to drink. All cleaning products are provided free of charge as this is my home and I prefer to keep it as non-toxic as possible. Smoking area is restricted to the front verandah only. Thank you for respecting this matter. Guests have access to the large covered patio and pool outdoor area – ideal to sip coffee in the morning watching the sun come up while listening to the beautiful sounds of native birds greeting the day or to relax to the waterfall sounds in the evening sipping on some local wine from Sirromet Winery just up the road. You will have full privacy during your stay but I am on hand should you need help or advice with anything. I live in the back half of the home with my own entrance. You may see me coming and going and you will always get a friendly wave. I respect your privacy but if you feel like a chat over a coffee or wine, I am always up for conversation and swapping yarns. I love to find out about other people’s cultures and very willing to share mine. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Major shopping centres and an entertainment precinct are within easy walking distance, only 7 mins to Sleeman’s Sport Complex and Belmont Shooting Range, 10 mins to Sirromet Winery, 20 mins to airport, 15mins to Cleveland (ferry to Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and 35 mins from Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to public transport, local bush walking tracks. Most people use private cars but both taxis and uber are readily available. If you require a rental car, there is a spare car on the property. Located in Capalaba, we are 7 mins from Chandler (home of the Sleeman Sports Complex and the Belmont Shooting Range) with simple public transport to those locations. Walking distance is the Capalaba Entertainment Precinct with two shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas as well as a major bus interchange providing public transport around Brisbane (45 minutes to the CBD of Brisbane). Sirromet Winery (hosting Day on the Green events) is 12 minutes up the road, the ferry to various Moreton Bay Islands is 17 mins down the road, the airport is 20 minutes away, and only 50 minutes to the Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast. Dreamworld, MovieWorld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular and Seaworld are all well less than an hours drive away. There is one step into the house but all one level once inside. Rooms are family home size. The front yard is fenced and your well- behaved furbabies are welcomed once approved (please advise ahead of time). The perfect home away from home, Ruth’s Cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Ipswich, featuring a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with firm queen size beds, dinning area and separate living areas. This light filled cottage has air-conditioning, high seed NBN internet access and is located a few minutes walk from the center of town and hospital precinct. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. If less than two guests are booked and you need access to the 2nd bedroom or if the single bed is required a small additional fee applies. EV fast charge 50m down street. The cottage has been renovated with luxury finishes and fittings while still feeling homely. Both beds have brand new firm mattresses with lovely soft pillow tops and high quality linen. Fully stocked kitchen and all bathroom amenities included. Guests have access to the entire cottage including off street parking for two vehicles. We are friendly hosts always just a phone call away, but keen to give you your space to enjoy the house. The popular 4 hearts brewing, Dovetails restaurant, and Brothers ice-creamery are only a short walk away in the 88 limestone precinct which is also a popular function center. Brisbane street and the mall are just beyond this precinct with more restaurants and cafe's, a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away on Gordon Street. The Ipswich central train station and hospital can be accessed on foot easily from the cottage. Ipswich art gallery and civic center are a 3-minute walk away. Metered street parking is also available in front of the property. Ipswich Train Station is a 5 minute walk away with direct links to Brisbane CBD and airport. This is a very quiet street, especially at night time.

Our Hut is self contained accommodation in a fully renovated 100 years old Corn Shed. Decorate old Australiana goods around the building, unique Australian outback feel. We will provide the breakfast hamper include Cereal, Bread, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Jam, Coffee & Tea. You will enjoy a relaxing time with us.

This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

This unique place has a style all its own. A lovely garden with hot tub to explore, chickens with fresh eggs on hand, beehives with access to some fresh honey, lovely friendly dogs who will happily enjoy a game of fetch and tug of war. Train station is just a 2 minute walk from the house. Across the road you have a takeaway shop with great burgers and a little fruit and veg shop with lots of great prices. If you can’t sleep and want a naughty treat the 7/11 is also just across the road.

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.
