Our guys were up there for work so didn't have much time to enjoy the place. Had everything they needed.

Thanks James and partner, your house was a 5 star place and so was your communication. Your photos of the house definitely did justice. Everything was perfect to make our 2 weeks away from home easy & very suited to our needs. It was very clean and comfortable in all ways. The beds were comfortable and the air cons and ceiling fans made the house very comfortable to be in when your not use to this hot weather. And it was peice of mind to know our car was safely locked away in garage. We will definitely stay with you guys again next time we are in town. 😊

Rebecca is a wonderful host. The house is immaculate, well maintained and beautifully decorated. We felt at home straight away. The location was great, close to the beach and peaceful surroundings. We were grateful to find nice clean holiday accommodation that is dog friendly. The property had all the little things that you need. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the luxury of having two bathrooms. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the enclosed yard. A quiet residential area but with privacy and the feeling of seclusion. Just a short stroll down to the beach. Kangaroos can be seen at dusk and the bird life is abundant. The property has some little quirky touches that we kept finding. Thank you for our stay Laura.

Lovely quaint & quirky property with no tv, to entice family quailty time together, books and board games, has everything you need. Dog friendly. Good location, if you like short strolls - easy 7min walk to the dog beach, local kiosk/cafe for coffee and fish & chips. (Closest beach is not dog friendly). fully fenced back yard for young kids/dogs. We will return! 😊

We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb 9 years ago and still talk about how amazing our experience was. Lindy is truly an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and full of genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. The space was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated how much thought she put into providing information about local attractions and things to do in the area—it made planning our days so easy. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, which added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Even though we were sharing her home, Lindy gave us all the privacy we needed, which made the experience even more comfortable. It was the perfect blend of friendliness and respect for space. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, great hospitality, and a truly welcoming environment! We booked this accomodation for a group of blokes for a quiet, private getaway. We had moments of sunny, and also very heavy rain. With this indoor & outdoor pool, and so many aircon units we could swim in either condition and were really comfortable. The huge deck outlooking the river and yard was great, and we watched the rain pour while cooking steaks on the BBQ’s and listening to music. The kitchen and pool table room was fully kitted out. We were able to cook up huge meals and had everything from appliances to spare stubby coolers there for us to use if necessary. Winding up with a hangover as the stay wound up was no problem, the huge lounge room seated the whole group with ease, while we watched movies in the aircon like it was a private cinema. Once we arrived there, we didn’t need to leave at all, and had everything on-site to make for an awesome & relaxing stay at pacific haven!

Salinee was very friendly & provided clear & easy communication & check in instructions. House was lovely & clean & had all we needed. Gardens & lawn were well maintained & lovely. We stayed there to attend a funeral so did not have much time to explore but the house was located within a short distance to the beach & playground, supermarket & local pub & bowls club. Ceiling fans kept us cool & we didn’t need the air conditioning but would have really been appreciative of the air con if the weather was warmer. Overall it was a great place to stay

Sue was an amazing host. Sue was friendly, informative and approachable theoughout our stay. The apartment and complex is in a great central location whilst also being peaceful and quiet.

We loved the location and simple comfort of this “beach cottage” so much that we extended our stay! While the living room sofa and outdoor furniture could definitely use updating for greater comfort and aesthetic, some of the fluorescent lighting is intense, and the hall shelves and patio nook need a clean up and some TLC, these are easily overlooked as the sound of the waves and ocean breeze calmed us from every corner of the charming little apartment, watching the sunrise and waves roll in from the sunny main bedroom balcony, and relaxing all day on the patio and grass that are literally steps from the beach. The apartment block is incredibly quiet, the bathroom and ceiling fans are modern and lovely, and it’s a beautiful easy walk to Bargara shops and restaurants. We’d come back for sure.
