Loft in the Countryside

Get a taste of quiet country living next to a peaceful pasture. Gaze at woodlands and mountains from a window and find a cozy loveseat to curl up on and read. Explore nearby breweries and return for a great night's sleep under a tall pitched roof. The Nest is very private, peaceful and quiet. You will have an entire brand new garage apartment to yourself with your own entrance and two parking spaces. The loft contains a private spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in shower, cozy queen bed, relaxing sitting area and a small kitchenette. We also provide coffee and tea and all basic tolietries. The guests will have their own private access/entrance but are welcome to take walks around our beautiful lane. I am available for any questions or recommendations. We love to chat with our guests and introduce ourselves but will also maintain your privacy if desired. The guest house is on a private road near a horse pasture. It is close to Hendersonville, Brevard, Tyron, and Asheville. The Biltmore House, great hiking and vistas along with many great restaurants, shops, and breweries are also in the area. It is best to rent or bring your own car. There is little to no public transportation in this area, however you can use Uber.

Asheville Garden Cottage

The Cottage is perfectly located! Only 3.8mi center of Asheville, 2.5mi to the Blue Ridge Pkwy, 4mi to Biltmore Estate, and 5mi to the River Arts District! Escape it all or go to town for dinner, before retreating back home to your oasis! I have kept a simple clutter-free layout to promote comfort and coziness, with a touch of local art, filled with natural light and the sounds of local birds. The cottage is for anyone seeking privacy, nature, and easy access to all that Asheville has to offer!

The Last Minute Cottage Getaway

The Last Minute Cottage is a cozy recently updated STAND ALONE studio in a converted 1940's garage! It is conveniently located 4 blocks from popular Haywood Road and all the West Asheville shops, restaurants, and bars it has to offer. Looking to get outside? The French Broad River, Carrier Park, and the Greenway are only 1/2 mile away. Easy access to float or stroll the river! The cottage is also conveniently located only 2 miles from downtown and just 1 mile from the River Arts District.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

Vintage Norwood Carriage House

Vintage Norwood is a 1930's intimate small carriage house located in the heart of North Asheville in historic Norwood Park. It's just a 5 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to Biltmore and a 3 minute drive to the Grove Park Inn. We are located in a walk-able neighborhood with beautiful homes and gardens. The upstairs apartment features one bedroom, one bath, an eat-in kitchen & small living room. It’s across the courtyard from our home & features glorious wood craftsmanship throughout.

Scout’s Den Cottage, very close to Black Mountain.

Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our family.

Charming Tiny House by the Biltmore Village

Private charming tiny house with loft bedroom. Amazing location: less than one mile from the Biltmore house, 1.5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown. Enjoy a quiet tiny house overlooking gardens, coffee and tea available, refrigerator, covered porch, customized shower with mosaic tiles. This studio is in the privacy of a fenced in area with private entrance. Parking available. Enjoy Michelle's vegetable garden and flowers and stone patio.

1 Mile To Downtown Asheville, Dog Friendly

Newly renovated bathroom! Located just one mile north of downtown Asheville. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Steps away from an urban Greenway for dog walking and bike riding. The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.

Private, quiet, modern bungalow. Newly updated with designer finishes in North Asheville. Can accommodate 1 additional guests if needed on couch. Private entrance and parking. Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.

North Asheville Guest House

Unwind at this cozy hideaway. This home was lovingly built with high-beamed ceilings and mix of modern and antique flare for a plush and charming feel. This house is located in north Asheville. Although downtown is located 10 minutes away, this home is tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by wildlife. Dog friendly with one allowed. No cats.
