Excellent location to downtown yet still quiet at night. Very clean location and awesome view of the river. Rachel was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would 100% recommend staying if you want to he able to walk to any location downtown.

Tammy's place was wonderful for our family! When we experienced a brief tech problem, Tammy was responsive, helpful, and made sure our issue was resolved. We will definitely be back!

Great relaxing retreat!! The oceanfront porch was priceless. We spent so much time out there. The owners were so responsive and flexible. We had two 18 year olds who had fun playing basketball, hanging out on the beach and touring around. We hope to go back soon.

This place is a GEM! Truly has the best views, walked to restaurants and shops. Can I also mention Elijah’s Oyster & Fish Camp along with Kilwins was the absolute BEST & it was all in walking distance! Host is wonderful and the place is beautiful. Definitely will be back!

This was a great experience from the first attempt to book at the last minute. Ervisa was quick to respond so we could relax and know we had a place to stay that night. We had stayed at several places during our vacation and this was by far the nicest and SUPER clean. They were again very accommodating when we wanted to add on a night. I only wish we had more time to actually hang out and enjoy the place.

I had a very comfortable stay at Jody’s place. The apartment was newly renovated and in the best location in Wilmington downtown with a beautiful view from the balcony. Parking right next to the building was very convenient

Stayed in this AirBNB for my wedding weekend last week and can’t say enough wonderful things about it! The views were just absolutely breathtaking and being able to see the sunrise from the comfort of our room each morning was so priceless. Our wedding day photographer kept raving about how much of a dream the BNB was to shoot for behind the scenes footage throughout the wedding morning - truly the views are unmatched! The BNB had everything we needed including shower products, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and kitchen supplies. Pam was so easy to communicate with and made our stay so seamless. You really just can’t beat the location or the views, so don’t hesitate when booking!

The house was in a perfect location, easy access to beach. Loved the open floor plan and kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Sherri was a great host and very accommodating. Just to be aware it has a significant amount of front steps to get in the unit so might not be great for elderly or anyone who has trouble going up and down stairs but we had no complaints

Beautiful houseboat exactly like in the pictures. Being the end unit, it has the best view of the river and Battleship North Carolina. It also has better privacy and access convenience to the community picnic area. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything was perfect!

We have been traveling to NMB for 14 years and have rented quite a few different houses in Cherry Grove, and this one ranks among the best we've had so far. Hosts are super friendly and welcoming, the house itself is fantastic, and if you like to fish from the dock out back, this was great. My husband was catching flounder, croakers, black drum, and even landed a stingray (all released). The view from the kitchen is just incredible, my very favorite of them all! Beds and linens are very comfortable, lots of comfy seating and TV's throughout. Hats off to the cleaning service because the place was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Most importantly - it is obvious that this house is very much loved and enjoyed by its owners and we are so thankful that they shared it with us. Truly felt like a welcomed guest in someone's home rather than a customer. If they continue to rent it out, and if our schedules line up, we'd love to be back again. Thank you for a memorable vacation stay!

We loved our stay at Beverly’s place. We are a fishing and kayaking family, so the dock right on the sound was our ticket to adventure. We also loved the roomy Great Room with great views of the water. Everyone in the family said thay would go back to this place!

A Wave From It All was a perfect vacation. The views and house are pristine, peaceful, and clean. The accommodations perfectly housed 8 of us. The screened in Carolina Room offered plenty of seating and beautiful views. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and spices for cooking and beautiful dinnerware for entertaining. We loved the decor…it was kind of unique romantic-gothic-coastal-Victorian (I know a mouthful but if you see it you get it). It looked as though the owners had made it a hobby to collect beautiful original pieces of art. The house has a dock that we utilized for fishing, crabbing, floating, and kayaking. Under the house there are two kayaks, a paddle board, floats, chairs, skim boards and boogie boards. You can walk, bike, or golf cart anywhere. The hosts were by far the kindest and most thoughtful we have ever experienced. They offered excellent restaurant recommendations. 10/10 recommend!!! The island is beautiful.

My mom and I stayed here for a birthday beach getaway weekend. The location was incredible and it was so nice to be able to sit on the back porch and see the ocean. The condo was as-described and was very cozy. Kellie and Russ are great hosts!

What a great place. Love the modern decor. Literally steps away from the beach. Chad is a great communicator. The process from start to finish could not have been better. We had a great weekend. Highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway. Close to all of the shops and restaurants. Parking was a huge plus, felt comfortable leaving my car parked in the garage all weekend.

Couldn't have asked for anything more! Accommodations were great - the apartment was tidy and welcoming and had all of the amenities you could ask for. The location - oh my goodness, the location!!! - was perfect for us, and of the 3 nights/4 days were were there, we only hopped into the car one afternoon. We either walked or rode our bikes EVERYWHERE. Warren provides a ton of information in the listing alone giving helpful hints and hangout recommendations. Day of communication was awesome - we had detailed instructions and photos well before we arrived which made check-in a breeze. 100% this will be my first go-to when planning future trips to Wilmington.

This was was located directly downtown making all the restraints and bars super accessible. It was so convenient to have the free parking. The view from the balcony was directly across from river and the WWII battleship, which my husband loved! Even being downtown, the area was still relatively quiet and would be a great place to bring kids!

Great little condo on the beach! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the storage room that had every beach accessory you could ever want!! Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids toys, wagon, etc. You don’t need to bring anything! We would definitely stay here again. The deck has great views of the ocean and we even saw a couple of deer on the dunes this morning before we left. We had a great trip!

This is our second year at this condo, feels like home. we love being ocean front, hearing the waves and being close. beautiful view. Bed is comfy, walking distance to grocery and restaurants and shopping. then beach wasn't crowded when we were there. thank you!!
