This host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and in a great location.

Amanda was great to work with. She was very responsive. Described everything to a tea and what we needed to do before arrival and at departure. The place is centrally located easy in and out easy ticket to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again.

Shelby and Donna are great hosts. They both went above and beyond and we are so thankful for all of their help to make our vacation happen!

Unbeatable location! We loved that it was dog friendly and walkable to everything downtown. Megan was super responsive, friendly, and there to assist with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back, thank you for a lovely stay!

What a wonderful location! Rita was a great host and very responsive. Honestly the condo was fantastic. The kitchen was spotless, the living room was roomy and comfy, the bathrooms were super clean and the bedrooms were both very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and the beach location was great. The kids loved the indoor pool as well. We only live about 10 minutes away and we will be returning for sure!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Nice place to stay. Easy check-in and Checkout. Did not have to call with any issues but received several messages letting us know how to get in touch with them if we needed something. Definitely would recommend.

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

We loved our stay at the Pelican’s Nest and having Stacey as our host! The house was a great place to relax and feel right at home. We appreciate Stacey being very communicative and making sure our trip was going well! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

My family and I absolutely loved Kyler's home. The home had plenty of room and had all things we needed. The home was well thought out. My two girls had a a great time with the games. Very family friendly. the location was perfect just a 5 min drive to downtown Wilmington. 20 min drive to the beach. Kyler was a great host and so hospitable. Would definitely dat here if we come back.

Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

A beautiful beach getaway! This was the perfect little shack to spend a weekend with my dog! Loved relaxing on the porch and how close it was to the beach for our walks!

Anne is one of the best hosts out there! She was super helpful and such an attentive host. She was also very accommodating and even let us check in early to celebrate our anniversary, you can tell she really cares about her guests. The condo was absolutely beautiful and super peaceful. 10/10 place that I would love to come visit again!!

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!

The place was exactly what we were looking for as we visited my husbands family in Little River. The screened in back porch was a great little spot to be able to enjoy your mornings before getting the day going. Rooms had ample side tables, outlets, and storage spots for clothes. The kitchen had to be one of the most well stocked ones I’d seen in our trips thus far, even having plastic baggies was a bonus! Nice spot if looking for a place to stay in the area that is central and meets the basics!

Brooke’s place is in a perfect location! It’s very close to the beach and other fun stuff to do. It was very peaceful and relaxing vacation spot.
