The Teresa room is a fabulous accommodation, beautifully decorated, artistically and creatively by Kudzai and Biaggio. You will be welcomed to their home and instantly feel like part of their family. The grounds surrounding this home are park like and Magical, you will feel a serene calmness as you sit in the back deck drinking a beverage of your choice, (byob). In short, this is a bit of Eden in Vestal NY. Well done, Kudzai and Biaggio!

This is a wonderful place to stay, and Toni clearly cares a lot about the comfort and experience of her guests! This is my new go-to when coming through the area.

Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

The Night Owl was a lovely place to stay. We came in pretty tired after a busy day, and it was immediately relaxing and obvious that Toni puts a lot of care into the cleanliness, comfort, and style of the place. It was cute to see all the decorations and friendly notes around. Toni was also very helpful, understanding, and responsive for a couple of needs that came up during our stay. We were glad to have found this little gem.

Yes it was well worth the money and time it took to get there. Andrea was a Fabulous Host and very accommodating. Her Kitchen was in the process of being renovated. So there was some disarray. But the space I stayed in was very organized, quaint and comfortable. We really connected and truly I didn't want to leave! Thanks Andrea!

Hosts were terrific. Breakfast was sumptuous and made to order. Room was spacious and very private though others were nearby. They have snacks and beverages available at all times and three TVs in lounge areas (instructions would be helpful). Very nice setting across from farm, hills and river.

Terri and Dave were great hosts — friendly, inviting, responsive. When it seemed I’d be needing to check in before they were to get back from an appointment, they said they would leave a key for me (this didn’t need to happen in the end but shows how flexible they are). The house, private room, and private bathroom were lovely and absolutely spotless, and the mattress and linens were high quality and very comfortable. Terri left out a granola bar, banana, and clear coffee maker instructions for my very early morning departure. Overall, this was a great experience, one with a sense of privacy despite the shared space setup. I’d definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the breakfast that was provided. The place was very peaceful. We didn't know there was no AC but it was a problem only one night and there were plenty of fans. It was very close to the train but again that was a problem only one night. We enjoyed our stay.

This “barn” was a great experience for me. It has a cozy family area connected to the kitchen which suited my family so well so we could be together for meals and family time during the evening. The rustic decor was sweet and comfortable.

A beautiful farm on a high, open ridge a few miles north of Bainbridge. Renee has created a warm and welcoming space in the two upstairs bedrooms. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Renee's sister Maryanne, a beekeeper with all kinds of fascinating observations about the land they live on.

If you are a golfer or nature lover, this is the place to stay. The views from the back porch are so peaceful. Birders will delight in the array of birds that can be spotted. The golf course captured everyone’s attention as golfers approached the greens in right in front of the large porch. The entire house is very welcoming. Our bedroom was very comfy when we could pull ourselves away from the outdoor surroundings.

Excellent stay! The room was perfect. We stayed in the Dinah Shore Suite in the separate building, which felt like our own apartment. Had nice view of the pond with a lovely sitting area. Looking forward to enjoying the outdoor spaces in a future stay, because we will be back. Area hotels book far in advance for Bing graduation weekend; 9 mos prior to graduation I lucked out and found this. Better than a hotel: private and peaceful plus all the basics: coffee, iron, hairdryer, linens and fluffy towels. It was only 15 min to campus and Melissa gave us great leads on restaurants. And breakfast! Served buffet style in main house with seating communally indoor or outdoor plus a large living room space to enjoy the view. A thoughtful spread with juice, fruit, yogurt, granola, baked goods plus an egg dish each day. All fresh and delicious. Melissa made sure to ask about food preferences and accommodated my gf restrictions with supplemental foods. Thank you! Great host and great place!

Let me begin by saying that I am beyond grateful to Jeff and Amy. Also Jeff’s sister Susanne. They made me and my husband feel so welcomed. We enjoyed listening to the house history, also looking at the picture albums from previous owners. Jeff and Amy you guys are creating your own story now in this house ( make sure you guys make your own album for guest to also enjoy the evolution of the house since you guys started on this dream that came true)This house is a home away from home. We had Mrs. White room. It has everything we needed. Only if the mattress was a little more firm ( I don’t like soft mattresses) this will be the only downside in this room. Last but not least the breakfast is scrumptious. That was another reason why I booked it😀. On the way out Jeff , Amy and Susanne came outside to say goodbye like if we were part of their family💕.
