Martinsfield Farm Cottage

We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet alpacas 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

Owl Cottage is a Grade 2 Cottage. It has original beams & Inglenook fireplace, it has been tastefully modernised. Broadband available. Two bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en-suite. Bedroom 2 is a single + supplied travel cot if required. A modern kitchen with all facilities including a washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath. Fenced Back garden for dogs with patio area. The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

2 bedroom, character apartment - part of our 14th Century National Trust Inn. Our Inn has an excellent reputation for food & ales. We provide a complimentary cooked breakfast in the pub each morning. Situated in the stunning village of Broadclyst. Great walks from the doorstep. Regular bus service, 5 1/2 miles from Exeter city centre. 3 1/2 miles from the airport, 6 1/2 miles to the University. Free parking. 20 min cycle along the cycle path to The National Trust Killerton House & Gardens.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. The Wendy House, a cute one bed barn conversion.

Newish barn conversion ‘The Wendy House’ set within the graceful National Trust village of Broadclyst. The Wendy House is a new renovated conversion full of modern convenience despite it being set within the historic 1800’s once working farm. This modern one up one down is lined with the exposed beams of the old Cob barn with modern touches to suit all your aesthetic to daily living needs with a wall hung smart television through to white goods all within the secure gated location

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

‘ Wrens Nest’ is our cute little self-contained purpose built annex. Located in the heart of pretty National Trust village of Broadclyst Devon. A superb location for exploring the beautiful Devon countryside, coastline, and gorgeous beaches. The annex has its own private entrance. It is located close to a local village shop and country pubs serving good food. With easy reach of National Trust properties. PLEASE NOTE - Wrens Nest is a NON SMOKING or vaping property.
