This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Stable Cottage is a stunning, newly renovated two bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept up to 4 dogs free of charge. We are situated close to the village of Pyworthy. We are only 10 miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! We have three well stocked coarse fishing lakes which are private for our on site guests. New for 2026 is our heated, indoor pool and sauna - see guest access for more details

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.
