On the ground floor, there are 2 additional full bathrooms with showers and WCs, a comfortable living room that opens onto the garden, a double bedroom, and a spacious kitchen that leads directly to the garden under the patio. From the well-maintained and shaded garden, a private path easily leads you to the small sandy beach. This secluded beach, accessible only from a few houses, feels almost private.
