We arrived to this beautiful penthouse on a very rainy day, and we felt so lucky to have a beautiful, cosy home to enjoy a homemade meal. The place is stylish, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, spacious, bright and perfectly located. The kitchen is well stocked, including premium coffee! The washing machine and the dryer were very handy as we are travelling in South Africa for a while. We also very much enjoyed the speaker in the apartment, it made us do extra push ups working out on the terrace with beautiful views outside 😀

The flat was very well located walking distance to the Waterfront and the hosts give us very good tips to enjoy our stay in Knysna!

We really enjoyed our stay in Quinton's Red door cottage. Quinton was available to show us around and explain everything to us. The unit was very comfortable, clean and cozy. Quinton gave us plenty of suggestions for restaurants and kept in touch before and during our stay. It was a great place to stay in, easy to find and fairly central to most places in the area. I would definitely stay there again when in Wilderness.

Cozy and pristine place. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to have a private, secure, and accessible stay whilst in Knysna. Host provides great recommendations for local things happening around the area.

We have stayed several times at Sandy’s place. Sandy is warm and friendly. The room was well equipped, it had a huge fridge/freezer and an air fryer, microwave and gas rings. The swimming pool is lovely and the scenery from the lovely garden is superb

We spent a couple of nights in this beautiful accommodation, nestled among milkwood trees. It had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. We especially loved the spacious balcony with its stunning view and the large gas grill. The place is bright and airy, with plenty of space, and one of the highlights was the window by the bed that looked straight into the forest. We had a fantastic stay—thank you for everything, Jane! 😊

Great accommodation in a beautiful part of the country

Lugar incrível , a casa é uma delícia , fizemos churrasco no jardim aproveitamos o espaço maravilhoso , susan e ótima anfitriã sempre gentil , proativa , me senti em casa e como se já conhecesse susan . a casa tem tudo que precisava para fazer refeições , toalhas de banho impecáveis , cheirosas . os quartos super espaçosos e camas de hotéis super confortáveis . ela nos forneceu toalhas para piscina também . Os banheiros estavam equipados com shampoos condicionadores cremes de corpo sabonete. susan foi tão gentil que nos recebeu com cerveja gelada :) sempre muito atenciosa e preocupada . com certeza quero voltar e indicar para meus amigos e familiares!!!!

This space is perfect for 2 people for a getaway, the 2 patios were a bonus, space to simply be. This is a prime spot in These Island, in our opinion, the view over the estuary, the bird life, is magnificent and peaceful Short walk to the restuarants as the Quay in town. Access to the canoe, SUP Bikes and golf sticks was a bonus, we used them all and had great fun, without having to have packed all our own gear. Diane and her family and the housekeeper, Patience were fabulous, helping us with our luggage, cleaning and checking in on us regularly. We will return for the simplicity of being away without stress.

Very friendly and welcoming host. We have stayed before and it is a really lovely place. It's a great home from home with a good location. The use of the garden is a bonus. Views onto the garden with birds bathing in the baths is such a peaceful environment.

The location is within walking distance to everything that a traveler may need. The complex is secure. Amandine is the ideal host. She is considerate, responsive and kind whilst being professional and prepared to go the extra mile for the comfort of her guests.

Beautifully located within the Thesen Island precinct with access to its facilities this unit is a penthouse with convenient access from your parking directly to the unit. Well maintained and kept well by Douglas who communicates clearly and is always close by if you need additional support.

What a fantastic place! The cottage is excellent equipped, tastefully decorated and we loved sitting on the veranda and enjoying the stunning view. Refreshing in the pool on a hot day is wonderful. Adele and Ken are the best hosts you can imagine. Super communication, very friendly and helpful

We had a great stay with an awesome view. The house was perfect with everything that you need. The main bedroom needs a new mattress and new towels for the bathrooms is also something we would recommend. We will definitely book again. Thanks to our host for your assistance with booking and checking in.

The place was clean with necessary utilities. Dirk was such an amazing host. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to understand. The place was amazing beautiful with clean linens. Five minutes away from waterfront and walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls. Worthy every penny.

Mark was an excellent host, was very helpful and assisted us when looking for last minute accommodation. I will recommend Mark and will make use of his accommodation again when in Knysna.
