Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

This charming new semi-detached studio, is a private space perfectly situated between the restaurants shops, clubs and theaters of Downtown Brea (0.7) and Fullerton (3.1) It is located just 7.6 miles from Disney, 19 miles to beaches and very close to freeways. The studio is comfortable for a family of 4 or "extra cozy" for 2 couples. One queen bed + a queen air mattress. Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/dryer, FULL kitchen, private garden patio. Free Parking for one car. Yard & driveway shared with hosts.

Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and the Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland. It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is an additional cottage directly above, where you may hear noise if occupied. A dog (poodle) might come by and say hello. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds & outdoor fountains.

This Cottage is a unique space on a beautiful equestrian property! Space offers a comfy bedroom and spacious bathroom....240 SQ FT!! Minutes from the 5/55/91 freeway and Only 8 miles away from Disneyland and Anaheim Stadiums! Only 20 mins to Newport /Laguna Beach. $40 additional cleaning Fee for one pet due prior to check in.,...2 pets would be considered with additional fee to be determimed by me .... which would be related to length of stay.message me in regards to this matter.

COZY Guesthouse in Covina-Private Bath/Own Entranc

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in Sunny Hills Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.

The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
