WOODLANDS is a modern cottage with traditional touches, it has large light-filled living spaces and comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families as well as couples wanting a little more space or friends looking to relax and unwind. Woodland walks and cycle rides are on your doorstep and a wood burner ensures you'll be cosy on cooler nights. Well behaved dogs welcome (2 max).

Green Farm House is set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside at the end of a quiet lane. The quaint village of Redgrave benefits from a village pub serving food & a small village shop. Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Bodney Park Cottage is an incredibly romantic and special getaway. Set on a private estate in rural Norfolk, the cottage has been recently restored to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and top quality amenities throughout. With wonderful natural light and stunning views, guests are free to explore the grounds, woods and river walks. The cedar wood burning hot tub also offers guests the chance to enjoy incredible stargazing at night before cuddling up by the cosy fire.

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Wren Forest Studio Cottage next to lake & beach

Wren cottage is located in the heart of Thetford Forest. This stylish and luxurious studio apartment has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Don't forget to bring your bike and get exploring!

From this restful hideaway one can explore the many local footpaths and lanes on foot or visit nearby attractions by car or bicycle. This is a landscape of windmills, churches and nature reserves, with steam attractions, sports' venues and a wealth of local shops, pubs and eateries easily accessible.

This beautifully restored period cottage offers luxury boutique accommodation, is centrally located within the village and within easy walking distance to numerous pubs, eateries and specialty shops. Lavenham is considered to be England's most well-preserved medieval town. With its winding streets, timber-framed buildings and quaint cottages, it is also Suffolk's prettiest wool town and is ideally located to explore the beautiful Suffolk countryside.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.

The village is located 8 miles from Kings Lynn and just a short drive away from some of North Norfolk’s most popular beautiful beaches and the well known Sandringham House & Gardens.
