Sensitively and sustainably saved from dereliction, it is now a luxurious place for friends and family to relax. The main house sleeps 8 persons,if you are a group of 10 there is also an adjoining, totally self contained cottage,ideal for parents, grandparents, aupairs or anyone looking for a separate space for a further 2 persons (at a small additional cost)

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

Lymington is a coastal town with unique shops and cafes as well as scenic walks along the Quay. Beaulieu is also a must to visit with very scenic walks from Beaulieu River to Bucklers Hard.
