Lovely one bedroom self contained apartment

One bedroom self contained apartment in the owners house. The apartment has its own private self contained entrance through the owners garden. It is spacious, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, air fryer and well stocked with crockery and utensils. It has a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom, shower room and a lounge area with TV and Wi-Fi. Parking is available. There is a small patio are that can be used in the summer overlooking the main garden.

The Bungalow at Woodcote

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

To ensure a great start to your stay you will find a welcome basket containing essentials to make you feel comfortable after your journey and maybe some sweet retro treats.

Take it easy at this calming tranquil stay, dubbed by previous guests as a hidden oasis, nestled among spacious gardens in a quiet 1920s Northampton suburb. Relax with a drink on the secluded garden terrace, conjure up culinary delights in the excellently appointed kitchen and feel at home relaxing into a super-sized soft bed after a wonderful hot shower. Located near Moulton Agricultural College, and with a selection of local pubs and amenities within easy walking distance.

“Hare Cottage" is a charming retreat nestled amidst the beauty of rolling farmland, offering an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while soaking in the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage provides modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and recharge. Hare Cottage is on the grounds of Hereford House (see photo 30) with its own fenced in garden and patio.

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.
