We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

Beautiful, well maintained and stocked property(toilet paper, trash bags etc)!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool! The beds were comfy home was clean and comfortable! Didn’t hear a complaint from anyone! We loved that the home was located walking distance to restaurants!

Upon arrival at the designated location, we discovered that all items were situated in their proper places. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was well-equipped with everything we required throughout our stay. Ross demonstrated exceptional hosting skills and maintained consistent communication.

What a great place for our stay in the Tampa area. Easy access to the airport, Ybor and other areas of town as well as to the interstate to get to other places in the region. The house was exactly what we needed, very clean and comfortable. The place had so many amenities we didn't even have a chance to try them all. We'll definitely be back our next time in Tampa.

Spacious with lots of fun things to do. Brock was a great host and when we realized my son lost something at the house, they searched for it and mailed it to us- amazing! Really great place with good people taking care of it. Definitely would stay again!

If you're on the fence about this home, don't be! The photos don't do it justice. This home is perfect, peaceful, comfortable, relaxing, and more. We had a blast fishing off the dock at night, only 5min away from the beach. you can't ask for more.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charming and cozy atmosphere. The decor perfectly encapsulated the beachy vibe, making us feel right at home. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk away, we enjoyed sun-filled days lounging on the soft sand and taking refreshing dips in the ocean. It was so convenient to have the beach just minutes from our doorstep, allowing us to soak up the sun whenever we pleased. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of quaint shops and delicious dining options nearby. We loved exploring the area and trying out local restaurants. Overall, our stay here was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming beach escape!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

Our stay was great. Having the Golf Cart was so handy we didn’t have to rent one. The house is nice and clean the bedding towels. Everything was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

This lovely cottage was the perfect location to spend some holiday time with my family. Just steps from the beach with all the amenities you need for a day in the sun. We loved the “Florida” cottage experience and being in such a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and a store within minutes. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and such a relaxing and quiet setting. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and Lisa was responsive and accommodating. We appreciated her hospitality and plan on returning to Pass A Grille and she will be our connection. Thank you Lisa!

We love this little cottage! The view from the back is phenomenal - we even saw a couple gators. The set up is so good for pets. The cottage has everything you need and the primary bed is more comfortable than a hotel bed. 10/10 and would def stay here again!

Great gathering place for an extended family to get together. Very short walk to a stunning beach Great for kids. Perfectly located next to a park as well which was great.

The Alafia River House did not disappoint. Check in was easy with helpful photos & directions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but yet close to everything too. The house is tucked in right on the river, the yard is lush & Florida tropical, it is the perfect place to sit & read, eat a meal or take a nap. Watching the chickens and surrounding nature are an added bonus. The home is old with character, but so clean & refreshing. All the things you need and more are carefully stowed in antique furniture. Martha is easy to contact, but you shouldn’t need anything. The kitchen is up to date & has all of the extra things that you probably forgot to bring. My husband and I had a sweet trip & the Alafia River House was a gem. Thank you Martha.
