Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

We are also within walking distance of dining, boating and summer concerts Boyne City and Charlevoix are short scenic drives We are close to hiking/mountain biking trails, golfing, snowmobile trails and kayaking. Pets are not allowed.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with updated kitchen and bathrooms is easy access from I-75 and walking distance to the public swimming beach, Bar and Grill, Topinabee Market, the public boat launch, and North Central Bike and Snowmobile Trail. Come and enjoy this four-season home for all recreational activities the "Up North" life has to offer.

This is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bath. Located in beautiful East Jordan. East Jordan Tourist Park Public Beach access is 8/10th of a mile. Jordan River Nature trail is .2/10th of a mile away. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.

Whether you enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, orv'ing, sightseeing, or just lying on the beach, we have it all. So come hit the trails or enjoy our golf course then when done for the day, head back to a flaming fireplace or watch the stars by the firepit in summer. Resort amenities including the beach, when open, are available at ADDITIONAL COST and registration. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog maximum, no cats. The restoration and preservation of this unique Airbnb is finished! One of the oldest surviving structures in the area. It was a “Tin Shop & Stoves” store in the late 1800’s since then it has been a General Store and private residence. It is now a private Airbnb cottage where you can stay with all the comforts of a “couple’s retreat” along with a candy shop/store just for guests to experience the nostalgia of interacting with a historic General Store.
