Great place. Ample space and a great backyard for kids and dogs. The back yard is next to a busy road (but with a privacy fence) so there is some tragic noise. But the house is well soundproofing, so you don't even notice when inside. The house is the family's home, so there is the small wear and tear that every primary residence has, but everything you need is in great shape. My only quibble was a random allocation of shower toiletries. One shower had body wash but no shampoo. Another had 3 conditioners but nothing else. The third had shampoo and conditioner but no soap. But that's a very minor thing. Overall, great space and friendly host. I'd definitely stay here again.

As soon as we parked in the big driveway, it felt like we should be there. The front lawn area with patio chairs is perfect and beautiful, and makes you want to see more. It's always so exciting to arrive and look around at what's in store, and this was no exception. We arrived pretty late so it was cool inside and out. The kitchen is great, excellent fridge and stove/oven, just all of it. My youngest took the south side of the house, which has its own bathroom, big bedroom, a family room with big sofa and tv, and private door to the hot tub. I took the north side with the master bed and bathroom, complete with a Smart Loo!! They are so wonderful. The swim spa is a must-experience feature! I absolutely loved it and spent a whole lot of time there, when we weren't jumping on the trampoline! Can you believe it?! So stinking fun! And the screen enclosed patio deck? Love!! The best part of it all is Kristy -- she is the most courteous, kind, compassionate person you'll ever meet. Period.

Hannah’s place was great for us to spend a few days in Longmont. The location was close to hikes and everything we wanted to do. Her guidebook was very helpful and we went to Summit Tacos more than once! So good! We got to enjoy the hammock for relaxation but didn’t get to use the firepit although we appreciated that we had it as an option. The record player was a nice touch that we haven’t seen in other places and we enjoyed spinning records when getting ready for the day. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

This house was perfect for three couples visiting Boulder. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook a meal and hang out. We used the hot tub and jumped in the cold pool a couple of times. We really appreciated the flexible check in time with our work schedules too.

Mike’s place felt like home right away! And thank goodness because I cooked a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner there, making my first homemade turkey gravy! I was able to walk to my friend’s place right around the corner, so the location was extremely convenient for us. We enjoyed peace and quiet and our leftovers (lol) for eight glorious days! Thanks again so much, Mike!

Loved the privacy of the backyard. On the LOBO walking trails. Twin Lakes close enough to walk around. Nice location between Longmont and Boulder/Denver. Ksenia is there if you need but gives you the privacy you need and want too. I would stay there again! 🥰

Joel's place was the perfect hub for our Colorado adventure. It was clean, convenient and the beds were super comfortable! Joel's was very responsive and the house has literally everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend a stay here if you can get in!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! After touring around Colorado this was the perfect last stop…the kids had plenty to do and the space could not have been more comfortable, clean, private and cozy. It was easy to get to/from Boulder. I would recommend picking up groceries before driving up the canyon as the nearest grocery stores are about 30 minutes away. The area is gorgeous and view amazing. Would stay here with friends or family in a heartbeat. Check-in/out were super easy and without fuss.

This house is amazing. We were surrounded by a winter wonderland. We all enjoyed playing in snow then warming up by the fire. There were so many comforts and amenities available. If you go in the winter, be sure to pick up groceries, etc. on the way. Bring snow chains/cables as the host recommends. Our family is grateful for opportunity to vacation in this mountain house.

The place is lovely, and it immediately makes you feel at home. Stephen is a wonderful host, very responsive. The house is just like the pictures and has everything you need and even more. I fell in love with Boulder and would definitely recommend this place.

We really loved our stay and hope to come back again. The home is perfect for families with pets. Truly everything you might need is provided. The fenced in backyard was a plus.

This is a very nice house. The kitchen was super-stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The house was nice--it has three temperature zones, probably for necessity, but this was convenient for us. We had Thanksgiving dinner with family and the kitchen/dining was very good. The area is "Boulder" so there are restaurants, bike trails, amenities. The hosts were communicative and the instructions for the house were clear. We would do this again.

The location was perfect. It was away from downtown or college area, so outside was quiet. A couple people, not the owner, live upstairs and their footsteps were bit noisy sometimes. Walking distance to an amazing walk around a small lake and view of hills with paragliders. Jean respond to questions very fast and she was very nice. I highly recommend staying her place!

What a delightful and whimsical home. Just what we were looking for to enjoy the holidays. Driving around the neighborhood looking at lights, we were never lost. This blue and yellow Boulder home was the brightest in the whole town! This home was like an appetizer to our trip to Meow Wolf. Very creative and entertaining. We were close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. 30 minutes to Snowboard a local mountain, Eldora. Then to soak in a big pink and mineral painted claw foot tub. It was everything we needed to cook a Christmas Eve meal. This home is also a lot bigger than the pictures. We will def be back!

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It was quiet, comfortable, roomy and in excellent shape. It is in a great location close to restaurants, stores, grocery etc. The kitchen was supplied for everything we needed to make family dinners. We were close to walking , running trails too. Most of all, Zhanna and Adam were super responsive.

Clean, comfortable home, as described. All amenities were in working order. My son wanted to stay another night.

We had a great stay! The house is newly renovated and fully equipped with everything we needed—washer, dryer, kitchen, cleaning supplies, and even a private parking spot. It’s a bit smaller than it looks in photos, but with three bedrooms, it was still super comfortable for five of us. The location is amazing—walking distance to the farmers market and Pearl Street, and there are running and bike trails just nearby. We loved being able to work out every day! The neighborhood felt very safe, and everyone was friendly. During our stay, the weather ranged from warm to freezing, but the heating and cooling inside kept us perfectly comfortable the whole time. We’d absolutely stay here again if we come back next year. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed Brandi’s place so much! The quiet and beautiful views, the huge yard for the pups to chase rabbits, the proximity to all the important stuff but still feeling like we were in a peaceful and quiet bubble was amazing. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great location, close to downtown Denver. The studio in the back was super convenient for working remotely one of our days there!

We had an unexpected forced vacation due to Water damage in our home, our family had to move out while the floors were being redone. Heather and Chip’s North. Boulder location is walking distance to the foothills where you can hike, ride bikes, and walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Their home is spacious and loaded with high end amenities with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It ended up being the best scenario for our family! We’re so glad it worked out and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Boulder getaway!

Home was in a nice location with a peaceful neighborhood. Lots of room with great shared spaces. Lots of care taken to make sure guest have everything needed for their stay.

It was an amazing place and Aleta was so communicative. We'll be back next year!
