Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.

Merci à Karim et Amale pour leur accueil et leur conseil! Une nuit qui nous a permis d’être frais et dispo pour prendre très tôt la route de l’aéroport! Merci!

We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

Heidi certainly deserves the title of superhost. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She answers every communication and is helpful. The apartment is very charming.

The apartment was really lovely, very tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well resourced, I even cooked a Christmas dinner for 5. It was very peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from RER station, where you can get a train to disney which is only 1 stop, or you can easily walk to disney in about 15/20 minutes. There is a huge shopping centre 6/7 minutes away plus a supermarket just around the corner. Dominique is a fantastic host, he was so helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had before our stay, and kept in communication to ensure we arrived in the apartment ok, plus he was on call if we had any problems, which we didn't. I can't recommend this apartment enough,we will definitely be returning.

Ana estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada desde el l primer momento que hicimos la reserva. El departamento es amplio, confortable y ubicado en la zona de la Ópera de París, la cual nos permitió desplazarnos con facilidad a los puntos de interés turístico muy fácilmente. Recomendamos ampliamente el departamento de Ana y sin duda volveríamos a solicitarlo si regresamos a París

On a passé un très bon long weekend de Pâques chez Françoise. La maison était propre et parfaite pour un gros groupe. La position était excellente

L’appartement est lumineux et parfaitement équipé, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Le calme du quartier et le confort du logement ont rendu notre séjour très reposant. Nous avons eu des explications claires et précises ce qui a permis notre arrivée et notre départ très fluides. Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

Logement au calme, très appréciable pour se reposer après une journée chargée.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est juste incroyable. Les lits sont extrêmement comfortables. Boris était réactif quand on a eu beaucoup de lui. On voulait être proche de La Défense et la gare de Puteaux située à 1min du logement de Boris nous y amenait à seulement très rapidement ou parfois on marchait. Le seul hic, c’est l’escalier à l’entrée de l’immeuble quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Mais en toute franchise, on tous a adoré rester ici pour quelques jours. Merci Boris pour cet accueil! On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Heerlijk ruime en gezellige woning, van alles voorzien en met 2 fijne badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten superfijn voor een gezin met tieners! In de buurt is genoeg te eten en drinken en met de metro ben je snel overal waar je wilt in Parijs. Om het huis en de garage binnen te komen heb je wel een handleiding nodig, maar Dimitri ontving ons zelf en heeft het duidelijk uitgelegd. De parkeergarage is super (wel wat krap en spannend om binnen te rijden) Voor onze 2 jongens waren het zwembad en de sportzaal een hele grote plus! Dimitri is een fijne host en goed bereikbaar.

Wir waren für insgesamt 5 Übernachtungen in Nellys Studio und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Metro war fussläufig gut zu erreichen und damit optimaler Ausgangspunkt um in Paris überall hinzukommen. Nelly selbst war eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Im Studio hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Paris war mal wieder definitiv eine Reise wert, wir werden wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.
