Boasting beautiful forest views we are in easy reach of all that the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley have to offer, hiking, biking, kayaking, zip lining , castles and much more - however if all that sounds too exhausting take one of the many scenic walks from your front door or relax in the hot tub and unwind. Humbug Barn also offer home cooked meals and Pilates classes!

The accommodation is compact comprising a silent night double bed, sofa, shower and toilet room, kitchenette with microwave, fridge / freezer and TV. The loft is ideally situated for forest walks, bike riding or enjoying any one of the attractions within the forest of dean. Please add dogs to the booking if bringing them.

In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

The Boar is a charming, detached cottage with reverse-level accommodation and a hot tub, set on the outskirts of the village of Blakeney on the South East edge the Forest of Dean. This romantic retreat has a charming ground-floor bedroom offering a sumptuous king size bed accompanied by an en-suite shower room. Within a few meters The Boar also boasts access to a private 1 acre apple orchard with stunning views overlooking the River Severn and Cotswold Hills.

Underdean Lodge is a lovingly restored 2 double bedroom Georgian lodge on the edge of the Forest of Dean and is the perfect base for exploring both the Forest and the Wye Valley. The lodge includes beautiful period features and a wood burning stove. Dogs welcome. Footpaths lead to the Forest from the front door. The Lodge is located adjacent to the A48 for convenient access to Gloucester, Monmouth and Chepstow which are all about 25 minutes away.

Our extended cottage has been designed specifically for family living with a large living dining room.
