It's also a short 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which can take you into city centre directly and 20 minute drive away from Newcastle International Airport.

For Parking The nearest multi-storey Is 5 mins away on Dean Street NE1 1PG It’s 2.10 an hour between 8am and 7pm and free over night. Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.

There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby.
