Charming Bolthole with Patio, & a Stroll from the Beach
Escape to the beach and explore the delights of the Devonshire south coast. This self-contained bolthole has its own entrance and patio. Bright orange prints lift an otherwise neutral palette with solid wood floors, wooden cladding in the bedroom, and natural upholstery. The Annexe has a well equipped open plan living/kitchen/dining area with combination oven/grill/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Dualit kettle, fridge freezer, double electric hob, kitchenware, and utensils. Large, comfortable sofa with SKY television, DVD player, Wii, bluetooth speaker, magazines, books and games. There is a small but stylish bedroom with standard 4'6" double bed chest of drawers and dressing table. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, basin unit, toilet and underfloor heating. Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Free wifi and electric heating throughout. There is a small private courtyard for "The Annexe" with table & chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the morning sunshine. The sofa in living area can be set up as a bed, charged at an extra £10 per night, including bed linen and towels. (please note it is not a "sofa bed" but a large sofa approximately the size of a standard single bed with the back cushions removed) Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are also provided. Guests come up a private driveway to the rear of our house, and in through our back garden gate, and then The Annexe is immeidately to the left. Guests are given access to a key safe in their own private courtyard and have their own separate entrance to The Annexe. There is an allocated private parking space for The Annexe about 20 yards away in a private car park (less than 1-minute walk) and cycle storage if required. "The Annexe" is a completely self-contained detached property but very close to our house, effectively in our garden, so although you are completely separate and left to enjoy your stay in privacy, we are usually not too far away should you have any questions, and are always happy to help if we can! Stoke Fleming is a friendly, peaceful Devon village close to beautiful Blackpool Sands (a short walk down the hill). It has a fantastic pub (The Green Dragon), a popular restaurant (Radius 7), a park, village shop & post office open daily, and a hotel (stoke Lodge) open to non-residents which has both an indoor and outdoor pool. A car is advisable in the South Hams, but there is a regular bus service (no.3) from the village to Dartmouth and along the coast road to Kingsbridge and onwards to Plymouth. The nearest train station is Totnes (approx 20-30 mins by car/taxi) and the fast train is 2 hours 47 mins to London Paddington and 3 hours to Birmingham New Street. There are lots of maps, guide books and visitor information provided. The bedroom of "The Annexe" backs onto our garden so in the warmer months we are likely to be out there in the day enjoying the sunshine (we hope!) or having an evening BBQ but we would try to keep noise to a minimum and would not be out there after 10pm. "The Annexe" is close to the village church (you look out onto it from the bedroom window) and the church bells do chime regularly on the quarter hour, so if you are a very light sleeper this may disturb you, and may not be the property for you. We will accept very well-behaved dogs but they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. They cannot be left unattended in "The Annexe" at any time. Stoke Fleming is a friendly, peaceful Devon village close to beautiful Blackpool Sands (a short walk down the hill). It has a fantastic pub (The Green Dragon), a popular, highly regarded bar & restaurant (Radius 7), a park, well stocked village shop & post office open daily, and a family run hotel (Stoke Lodge) open to non-residents which has both an indoor and outdoor pool.

Kent Cottage
Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Roundhouse Yurt, stunning views - Totnes/Dartmouth
This beautiful Yurt boasts stunning views over the rolling hills of South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Lovely beaches nearby. This charming space, with double bed, wood burner, solar electricity and indoor kitchen has all you need for a basic yet cosy countryside break. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The Old Bakery, minutes from the beach
The Old Bakery dates back to 1836 and lies at the heart of the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, outside Dartmouth. Set on the South West Coast Path, it is 15 minutes’ walk from the award-winning beach of Blackpool Sands and an ideal base from which to explore the South Hams and Dartmoor. The spacious accommodation features an open-plan living room and dining area, bedroom, panelled en-suite shower room and modern fully-fitted kitchen. Private parking is available at the back of the property.

The house sleeps 6 very comfortably with 3 double bedrooms (1x superking, 1 king size and 1 double) and a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with sofa. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo in the utility room. The large sofa in the living room is comfortable for 6. With a beautiful little sun trap garden.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut
Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon
Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).
