Main bedroom and full bath are loft-style on the second level. Additional smaller bedroom and half bath on the first floor. Washer/dryer in the basement. Private driveway. Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Although there is no beach access, at the end of the road, you can see Lake Erie! The cottage is close to public beach access, the lighthouse and several parks. Approximately 45 minutes to the Miller Ferry Port and 35 minutes to Cedar Point.
