Stay cozy with central heating and AC, and enjoy the private lot with a patio and an outdoor shower. The prime location is in a quiet neighborhood yet offers easy access to everything including the stunning Windansea beach. You will be walking to the beach, coffee, shops. The main suite is in the back of the house, creating a private space away from the rest of the house.
