The master bath includes a bathtub/shower. A full kitchen with a dining room table that seats 6 and the half bath includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a local Lake Store nearby that offers groceries, hot food and fuel for purchase Weds-Sun, opening at 8:00am. Check hours for the local restaurants such as Deckboat Steakhouse, Cobb Creek Cafe, and Moody Roos.

There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

The Lazy B Ranch House is located 2.4 miles from Weatherford OK. The master bedroom has a king size bed with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. It has a large living room, dining area, and full kitchen. There is a computer / office area as well. Free wifi covers the entire house. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
