We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the beautiful front garden. It was so peaceful and calm—like our own little slice of paradise. It really set the tone for a relaxing and happy getaway. The house itself was super charming and gave us that classic, cozy Carmel experience we were hoping for. Every little detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. Inside, everything was spotless and so well taken care of. It felt fresh, tidy, and super comfortable. And the bed—wow! Hands down, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. I slept like a baby every single night and woke up feeling so rested. There was a little construction going on next door, but honestly, we barely even noticed it. It was really quiet and didn’t affect our stay at all. We still felt like we had our own private, peaceful retreat. The host was so kind, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. It made our stay feel extra smooth and stress-free. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We had the most magical stay at this charming beach cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by its cozy, welcoming vibe and the peaceful sound of the ocean just steps away. We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

Love Liz's place. I have stayed her numerous time and will continue to do so. My family and dog stayed at Jeremy’s house for 5 days and loved every minute. The house is very spacious and airy, super well-maintained with lots of room to relax and enjoy. The front and back yards are big and perfect for a dog and kids. Everything you’d need is covered, from outdoor shower to a handy pooper scooper and toys for the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet only 3 minutes walk to great burgers, pizza or Mexican food. And only 8 minute walk to The Hook or 38th Ave for surfing or beach. 5 minute drive or an easy bike ride to downtown Capitola. Jeremy was a fantastic host, always asking if we needed anything. Will definitely visit again!

I spend a lot of time in the area and the accomodations at this beach house were superior! Will definitely return. Very nice home.

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Right on the water. Everything inside the house was clean stocked with utensils. Had some of the best sleep here. Very peaceful.

Lovely well kept home right next to the ocean! Enjoy lovely ocean views and the sound of the waves. Only minor complaint is the walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected since some paths were closed when we were there. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

The place is great! Beautiful location and great access to private beach. It’s one room as described, equipped kitchen and dining. Although it says for 4 people, 2 people have to use the sofas to sleep. Good for couple and 2 children. I would definitely recommend this place and location.

Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

We were so delighted to find this place- it exceeded our expectations. Lovely to wake up listening to the ocean and such a joy to return here every day. Fantastic views of the long, sandy beach and ocean which is just right in front of the property. This is a spacious property with beautiful interiors. The kitchen is also very well- equipped. Highly recommended. We had the pleasure of meeting Jo which was a delight. Thank you so much, Jo!

We had a spectacular visit to Coppers Nest. The house is a marvel from the second to walk the boardwalk to their stairs, and the interior is thoughtful and very well appointed. The complex is quintessential California, with unique architecture, gorgeous flora and fauna, plenty of amenities (pickleball, tennis, bball courts, bocce, etc), all with the constant and soothing pounding of waves and ocean views at every turn. Bryan and Erin were terrific hosts, making sure we had everything we needed while never feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a Monterey Bay vacation.

We stayed for a long weekend. The house is as described and in the perfect location, right on the beach. Beautiful view of the pier and Morro Rock. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean throughout, kitchen had all the basic items that one would need. Will stay here again!

First time staying at this area and it was very peaceful. The view from our room was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Megan was an awesome host and would definitely come and stay again.

Nice roomy place with amazing views, better than in the pictures. We saw seals and dolphins and otters from the patio (could spot them without binoculars but binoculars helped). The place was well appointed - good variety of dishes and kitchen items as well as chairs, tables etc for the patios. The town is pretty sleepy- most things close by 8:30 or so, but plenty of activity in nearby towns if that’s what you’re after. We’ll be back!

The house was so beautiful, and Melissa was very nice. The house has everything you need and more. We had an amazing stay! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Melissa always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend staying at her lovely home and would definitely want to stay there again.
