There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Very spacious 1 bedroom. The place was very clean and furniture was in really good shape. They provided everything you need for the beach and easy living. Can’t beat the location. We walked down the stairs and were on the beach in a few steps. Just far enough away from all of the action for a quiet feel, but a short walk down the main drag got us to restaurants and coffee shops.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Spacious living area and bedrooms. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean and sunset. Perfect for a family stay. Everything was updated and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Right on the beach and close to restaurants, about a 20 min drive to Clearwater.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is very convenient to the Gulf beach and a number of good restaurants are within walking distance. Everything was clean and as described. Excellent accommodations. Very quiet. Hugh checked with us early to be sure we didn’t need anything.

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

Daria’s place was fantastic! Right across the street from the beach. A couple of coffee shops within walking distance. She had chairs and beach towels available. It was a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing time.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location, so close to the beach access and right across the street from John’s Pass. We felt right at home here and look forward to coming back again! Perfect spot for me, my husband, and 3 teenagers.

This is the second year we stayed here & love it even more! Not only is the house itself great, the best parts are the pool and walking just around the corner to the beach! This was the ultimate spot for our little girls and the grandparents to share! The washer and dryer is a huge plus traveling with kids! Pretty sure we will be back yearly! Steve is great at reaching out and making sure you have all that you need!

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

Great location & very responsive host. 2 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants & less than 10 minute drive north to Clearwater or South to Madeira Beach/Treasure Island/St Pete Beach. Would definitely stay again!

What a great, beautiful location right on the beach! We had a relaxing stay here and would come back again. The only thing I would mention (it’s in the listing, but at the very bottom so I missed it), is that there are two buildings. The main house has 3 bedrooms/1 bath and a separate building has 1 bedroom/1 bath. We made it work. Can’t beat the location!

This has a choice very very top choice location you can be a little bit removed from the beach or you can be to the beach in a matter of five minutes or less and also the place is like a little resort within the neighborhood so I highly recommend this as a nice stay. It has all the amenities if you ever want a TV in every room Very accommodating you got a pool in the backyard along with the fence and area. You don’t have to worry about bugs and mosquitoes and stuff because most of the bugs can’t get in through that screened in pool area and it’s a very, very nice pool very very well lit at night andsafety is Paramount with these people. They do a real good job providing very good security for the place, I had to recommend you stay here before you look at any other others look to this one. These two are wonderful people and they love having people stay at their Airbnb’s.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

We had an awesome stay! Super close to the beach and eating establishments. The place was very well stocked with extras. Beach wagon, chairs, towels, bikes, all were such a nice bonus. The condo itself was very nice. There wasn't anything we wish it would have had. Jessica was super easy to work with and responded immediately to our questions. 5 star for the price!!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

My husband and I love this area. The condo was very nice, comfortable and had everything you could ask for. Felt like home. Beautiful pool area, you feel like you’re sitting in your own back yard. It’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, close to restaurants, a deli at the end of the street. James was a great host. He got back to me quickly and was very nice to chat with. We totally recommend it. We’ll be back for sure.

Our family had a great stay here! The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon!

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

We stayed here with our 2 year old daughter. Condo was wonderful. Location was great. Even though there was construction, the pool and beach were easy to get to. Would LOVE to visit again!
