Bel-air: aluguel por temporada com área externa

My partner and I have been eyeing on this BnB for a long while now, we just were waiting for a good time to book it since minimum stay is five days. Finally we were able to book the place for his week-long birthday celebration. We wanted to stay in a relaxing location that has province-y feels but is still accessible to our workplace. The first time we saw the cottage in person, we fell in love right away. Every detail of the house is carefully curated. And it's super clean! Eliza and her family were also very accommodating and friendly. We had no problem communicating with her. Her helpers would always visit us to give us some fruits and snack. Everything is provided -- kitchenwares, study table, closet, toiletries, parking, etc. We didn't experience any problem staying here. If you're planning for a staycation that is not so far away from Manila, you should try this place. :)

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect place to rest after a whole day of shopping on the mall. Just a few minutes walking distance to MOA. Nice place! will recommend it to friends..

The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

Super Aesthetic and clean ng unit. Very comfortable ng stay namin. Complete yung mga gamit. Maganda rin yung area. Babalikan ko itong place na'to. Overall super nagenjoy kami and satisfied sa stay namin. Kudos sa host namin, si Ma'am Christine very responsive sa mga inquiries namin kahit midnight na. The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

Our stay was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The listing was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was spotless, which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. Kristine and Joed were very accommodating to all our questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We also enjoyed the free pool access, the balcony and peaceful surroundings. We'll definitely book again the next time!

We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

We stayed KC's place for 4 days and 3 nights. We really liked her place because it was clean and spacious. All the amenities mentioned were there and balcony's view is a Plus!!!! We recommend that you do your grocery ahead of time since the nearest convenience store is a bit far from the place. Overall experience was nice and worth it. And we really appreciate KC for being so responsive for all the queries. Thank you!

The hosts, Shine, Jheof, Mark and Grace were all amazing. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything really simple for us. They were quick to answer any questions and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Had a great stay! It has all we need. There are extra cushions for big group and complete appliances. The place is also clean and feels like home. The community is also peaceful and we didn’t have challenges checking in.

The apartment was as described and there were even complimentary drinks. Mariz was a great host. I had some extra requests and she was very patient and helpful.

Sir Romy is such a gracious and great host! Since day 1 he provided clear instructions and was actively responsive to our succeeding queries during the whole stay. The place was clean and you can tell the bed, linen and furniture was of good quality! He was also kind enough to let us use his parking space during our stay and his Disney+ and Netflix! I couldn’t recommend him enough. Yun lang the place was smaller than our expectations but the mirror makes it feel spacious. Nonetheless, 10/10.
