We really loved our long weekend away! Ideal location as everything was nearby, either by walking or short car journey. Cara was lovely and very responsive and nothing was too much. The property was very well equipped, and comfortable, beds were lovely 👍🏻 It’s tucked away and took a little finding but we arrived in the dark so didn’t help ourselves 😂 a what3words location maybe helpful? Just a suggestion 😊

Stunning property in a great location with incredible views across the River Dart to Dartmouth, from the vast balconies. Spotless home with every amenity you could wish for with a fully equipped kitchen, added extras such bath towels and hot tub towels included. comfortable bed and furniture, all to a high spec. Mark is a great host, very helpful and easy to contact. A great place for couples and families for short or long stay... would recommend 👌

We had a wonderful stay in the lodges while visiting family in the area. Andrea was incredibly helpful from first communication and just the loveliest, most accomodating host. The lodges are idyllic and situated in lovely surroundings with nice walks. We will not hesitate to book again.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Great host, extremely responsive and attentive. Lovely place, very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful setting. Gets loads of sun innthe afternoon and evening. While Dartmouth is in shade. A massive positive. Loved being sat in the tv room or outside on an evening enjoying the view.

Had a short weekend at the flat on this loverly farm. If you want some where to chill and have some peace then this is the place to be. Add the style of the flat inside and out and how helpfull Lucy and her crew are, you the have this perfect place. The correspondence and information on the arrival and departure is first class. There is a nice little pub no more than a five minute drive called The Antelope Inn, very friendly. Thanks again Lucy for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Perfect place for two people. Lovely location and within easy walk of the town and Sandfoot Castle. The place was well presented and had all you could want for a short to midterm stay. It’s was great to be able to park on site too!!!

This is an excellent location at Exmouth Marina. It is within walking distance of numerous pubs and restaurants. You can also walk there from Exmouth station in about 10 minutes.

Before we arrived at Green Tor, our hosts (both Melanie and David) were extremely helpful and very responsive when asking any questions relating to the property, local activities and amenities, and the welcome booklet within the apartment contains some very good information, including menus of local restaurants. The property itself is absolutely superb! It's beautifully decorated with a high quality finish and attention paid to detail - we loved it! Views of the Jurassic coastline were stunning from the garden. It brings a smile to your face every morning! I can wholeheatedly recommend this property to anyone (especially couples) wanting to visit Lyme Regis. Thank you Melanie and David, we will definitely be returning! (Phil)

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

Lovely place, very clean and decorated great. Mike was very easy to deal with, gave lots of recommendations and was on hand if we needed anything. We enjoyed exploring Lyme Regis 👍

The fact that this has been our third stay at this cosy little flat says it all really. It's a little bolt hole of heaven. The location is superb, in the heart of Teignmouth but quiet and peaceful with free on street parking nearby. The little garden has the sun all day and there are ample sunbeds and seating for two. Our host Luke couldn't be more welcoming and the little treats of Prosecco and Devon tea is a welcome respite after after a long trip. Thank you so much Luke.
