This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

Walks across the cliffs towards Branscombe and the other way to Seaton as well as close to local attractions such as Dartmoor and. Exmoor. Please be aware there is a fairly long steep hill from the village/beach up to the caravan park.

‘Curlew' is on the East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. There are two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West.
