We had a wonderful stay at Kimiko’s Beach Loft! The space felt warm, welcoming and so so cozy with the wood burning fireplace. We had it going all weekend! The outdoor space was just as awesome as the indoor. Kimi and Scott thought of it all - we had everything we needed. We checked out some antique spots down the road, had a dip in the ocean, enjoyed the hot tub and cooked all weekend! It truly was a special weekend!

Our stay at Terence Bay was incredible. The location is stunning—right on the beach with beautiful views of a lighthouse. My kids loved being able to climb on the rocks, go hiking along the seashore and even find sea glass right in the backyard! We couldn’t have asked for more and my family didn’t want our time to end! The property was spotless and even better than the pictures. Our two kids especially loved the bunk bed room. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was pure bliss. Danielle, our host, was fantastic—always helpful and attentive. You could tell that she genuinely cared about us having a great trip. She offered us tips and help when needed. We’ll definitely be recommending this spot to our friends and family.

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

This is a special place! We were extremely lucky with the weather and got a super sunny day (pretty rare for mid April). Beautiful scenery, the sun glinting on the water, the surrounding islands, the vegetation starting to wake up for spring! Highlights - exploring the trails on the island, enjoying the hot tub, watching the geese, plus the host was extremely friendly and responsive. Also really nice that there’s the option for a one night stay. My suggestions for improvements or for people booking a stay here - bring a bathrobe and slipper or sandals, I guess this wouldn’t be an issue in the summer but currently as it’s still pretty cold out - emerging from the hot tub into the April air and getting to the house was like doing a cold plunge lol. Also recommend bringing lots of layers, it is pretty windy and chilly at night. Overall great stay though, in the summer it would be awesome to swim off the dock, use the fire pit and lounge out on the rocks. Very cool place!

Great location for getting away from everyday life. multiple lodgings if ever you want to rent as a family unit. the water access and equipment is a bonus!

A lovely place in a beautiful seaside hosted by such warm hearts! Stayed here for one night. Lots of things to do, nature to enjoy on the island. Brandon and Max are super helpful and cater to every need. They built this place from scratch and what is even more loving is that it’s in memory of Brandon’s mom. I hope this sweet place, like a pearl will be found by more people. Will definitely come back again in summer or autumn:))

Unfortunately, due to health circumstances, we were unable to stay at Shelly’s place. However, communication with Shelly was excellent, she is very compassionate and understanding, and I look forward to staying at her place in the future.

We had a great time at this location. Having a gas station just up the road with firewood and other basics was super handy. The cottage and property are lovely and well equipped for a wonderful stay.

What an amazing place! Thomas greeted us as we arrived and gave us a tour of the house and amenities. Land Yacht sits directly on the shore with a spectacular view of the ocean. The house was very comfortable for our family reunion of 11; and everyone especially enjoyed the indoor heated pool! The kitchen was well stocked, the house was immaculate, and the nautical themed decor was beautiful. Couldn’t have had a better time. Land Yacht is highly recommended and we will definitely return!

Shobac farm is a unique architectural and farm experience. It was great to have gaffs point and Hirtle’s beach within hiking distance. The sheep were a constant fascination for our pup. Appreciated having access to a lap pool, steam shower and sauna. Thoroughly enjoyed having a wood fire and enjoying and vast country side views from the gatehouse.

Great place to stay for peaceful relaxation.

Curtis’s place is the perfect spot to be close to White Point Beach and Liverpool. They had everything you could possibly need and more set up, the space was clean and accessible. The outdoor space really makes this place special! Hope to stay again soon!

We can't say enough good things about this spot! The location is fantastic (walkable to all around, and right on the water) and the house itself is stunning and incredibly spacious. Between the two floors, two big living rooms and two decks (plus chairs outside below the house), we had lots of space to spread out and relax, or hang out as a group. The kitchen was well-equipped to make our own meals, and all was squeaky clean (a big feat with such a large house). Highly recommend this place if it's available, we'd love to come back!

Beautiful home, relaxed beach vibe with all the necessities and then some. Kenyon and Vanessa have thought of everything you could possibly need or want. Comfortable beds, great linens, spotlessly clean. Watched a seal on the beach in front of the house. Lovely place.

We had a wonderful night at Kyle’s cabins! Would love to come back!! So nice, peaceful and relaxing!! I would love to come back in the summer and utilize the beach and water toys. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire sauna! So nice! Not great cell service but there’s free wifi. Door dash is the delivery service out there… just an FYI! They had great service although Tantallon pizza was a little slow, it was delicious and worth the wait. Jessica and Kyle, met me at the front desk and it was a pleasure! They were so kind, welcoming and very informative. We didn’t use the fire, salt water, hot tub this time but maybe next time. It was so tempting! Beautiful views! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and all of our expectations were meet. The house was very clean and everything you needed was there. We would not hesitate to rebook this place. Wish we had longer to stay.

Our long weekend at Thomas’s house was perfect, the home was clean & we had lots of space for our family of 6. The property was very secluded & it was nice to have the private beach just steps away. We were only minutes from all the amenities in Lunenburg, yet the surroundings were so quiet we saw groups of deer every trip down the lane to the home. We highly recommend Thomas’s house to everyone!

This spot is in a beautiful, peaceful location. We wanted just to relax and be by the ocean. We were able to do both and the trip to town was just minutes by car. The home was very clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. When we had an issue with the internet the host responded immediately. The back deck was such a gem( I wish the weather had cooperated more) and the hot tub lets you look out over the water as you soak. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend a visit here. I certainly hope to return myself in the near future.

My friends and I stayed at Erin’s place for 4 days while visiting Nova Scotia and it was a very calm and peaceful stay just outside of Halifax with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend going here if you want a nice peaceful stay near Halifax!

Great stay at the Atlantic for 9 adults! Beautiful home blending an historic house with modern amenities. 2.5 baths was a blessing on a busy wedding weekend. Highly recommend!
