Bayrampaşa: aluguel por temporada com terraço

During our week in the Soil Balat apartment we had a wonderful time. The apartment is quite small but functional, it is located in a trendy and hip area of Fatih, Istanbul. There is life in the restaurants around, without being too disturbing. Soil Balat was very helpful and reactive to all our requests. Clear recommendation.

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

A perfect stay for our family, the apartment was comfortable and well-located We had a great stay at the apartment. The ground-floor location was perfect for our family. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There’s a lovely park behind the building. Check-in was easy, communication was clear, and the tram station is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with various places to eat and small local businesses to buy from. Thank you, it was nice staying

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Vraiment une super adresse pour loger à Istanbul en famille ou entre amis. Cette maison est parfaite par sa situation : commerces, tram, restos à proximité dans le joli quartier tranquille de Balat. Équipement et literies au top ; Gila a été très accueillant, de bon conseil, toujours disponible et réactif 👍 !

The perfect place for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Communication with the host was quick and responsive. Balat is a great area, busy during the day with wonderful restaurants and shops and peaceful at night.

Chris was a great host and responded very quickly each time. The house was as described in the pictures. It was very big and spacious with everything that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at Chris’s place!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Hands-down, one of the best places I’ve stayed with Airbnb. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Perfect for a couple or you can be together but also have your own space. Huge bathroom that felt like a wine cave. And fantastic location, short walk to Galata tower, restaurants and the T1

A beautifully laid out and well equipped apartment in a great location - an easy walk to shops and Galata tower. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and bright lower ground floor bedroom. We had made an error in arriving on 1st May and government restrictions on the area made it a challenge to get to the apartment. Dilek was efficiently responsive, very helpful and supported us as much as was possible. As part of a group of 25 in Istanbul for a birthday celebration we were able to see many apartments booked by others and Dileks one was the best by far!

Το δωμάτιο είναι ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες! Σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά παρόλα αυτά κοντά σε εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και μέσα μεταφοράς! Η ταράτσα καταπληκτική! Καθαριότητα, ησυχία και χώρος αυτά που ξεχωρίζουν!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Sara was a great host, very responsive and supportive throughout my stay, which made the experience even smoother. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Evde bir yaşam alanı için gereken her şey düşünülmüştü. Mutfakta tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu, kahve makinesi dahil olmak üzere.
