When people look for a rustic getaway, they often mean 5 star wrapped in corrugated iron. This is not that. This is truly rustic - old timber from the cattleyards line the base of the walls. The bathroom basin is from Nanna's 150 year old house. The tin lining is from the roof of our shearing shed, complete with authentic rust marks. Not suitable for small children due to stairs. Come experience our 'Shed House' - a truly rustic accomodation experience in the High Country.

Located in the township of Mansfield The Stables is surrounded by beautiful gardens for you to sit back and relax in. Only a short walk to the heart of town for you to indulge at the local cafes and shops. Whether you're visiting to relax or get out to explore the region this location will have you enjoying everything the high country has to offer all year round.

Beautiful Bungalow with a view

Comfortable and cosy. Stay at this beautiful bungalow with terrific views of Mt Buller. It's a short walk to the main street of Mansfield with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I live on the property in the main house and can be of assistance if needed but otherwise you'll be left to yourselves to soak up the views and enjoy the fire pit with a hot or cold beverage of your choice. We provide some breakfast supplies, milk and tea and coffee.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. Set in a peaceful garden on the edge of the township of Mansfield, you are close enough to town to easily walk but still have the feeling of space and serenity. PLEASE NOTE: there is no television or wifi in the bungalow. There is a small kitchen which includes fridge, kettle, toaster, electric hotplate, microwave oven and there is access to a Weber barbeque
