The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. "The Sty" offers a cosy, but spacious barn with original beams, underfloor heating, a 3 seater hot tub and countryside views. Special touches make your stay a little different to elsewhere...a king size bed with luxurious bedding, robes and slippers, Netflix and Nespresso, the option to have a bath and shower to name a few. Following a day seeing the sites of York, a daytrip for some sea air, or exploring our beautiful towns and countryside, guests will look forward to retreating to the Sty.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

The Perch is a special place - in a peaceful village in the beautiful Derwent Valley, it is a 'one of a kind' cottage which has been designed with care to offer discerning guests a unique place to unwind and relax. Visitors to this corner of North Yorkshire can expect unspoilt landscapes close to Malton, the 'food capital of the north' but off the beaten tourist path. Enjoy a fabulous walk right outside the door, and come home to a cosy log fire - perfect for both dogs and their humans!

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
