I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

Chaninthorn was a great guest. She was responsive and very helpful in guiding us around the area. I would definitely stay here again as it was a great location close to many things.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Königspalast, Wat Pho oder die Khaosan Road gut zu Fuß. Handtücher, Wasser und Snacks wurden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt und die Zimmer bieten genug Platz, sodass die Unterkunft perfekt für Gruppen bis 7 Personen ist.

這是一幢4層的apartment, 地下是廚房和飯廳, 1樓是客廳, 陽台和2間房間, 2樓有3間房及3樓2間房. 住宿附近有711, 其他設施不多, 環境寧靜. 屋主回覆迅速, 屋內整潔, 性會比高!

The place was wonderful! The location was perfect — close to several activities, yet still very quiet and peaceful. It offered the best of both worlds: convenience and tranquility. I would definitlycomz back here next time!

What a great place to stay in Bangkok - so close to the river, palace and other famous spots. The neighbourhood has loads of bars, cafes and restaurants and lovely walks along the canals. We loved having the market on our doorstep (literally): it was super clean, friendly and surprisingly quiet. The house itself is clean and beautifully furnished with good aircon, wifi and washer/dryer. The hosts communicated really well before and during the stay and kindly let us store our bags before we sadly had to leave for the airport. A very special property in a great city!

房間格局是很傳統的泰式家庭房，雖然房子的外觀偏老舊，但內部房間很新也很乾淨整潔，也很喜歡一樓的佈置，很讓人放鬆！距離最近的bts捷運Thong lor站走路約10-15分鐘，但那條路有點不太方便讓行人行走，所以grab bike是很好的選擇！附近環境都是住宅很安靜，鄰近也有7-11走路不用3分鐘很方便，小缺點應該是晚上外面的道路上的水溝容易有蟑螂要注意一下而已，但基本上不影響住宿體驗。鄰近也有很多不錯的咖啡廳，很適合早晨去醒腦或是辦公，也有幾家好吃的店家，十分推薦！有任何問題也會快速回覆！

Zeer vriendelijke en snelle ccommunicatie. Alle ruimtes zijn netjes en schoon, het is leuk en speels ingericht. De woning is ruim voor meerdere personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor een leuk centraal gelegen verblijf in hartje Bangkok is dit zeker een aanrader.

Väldigt fint och rent radhus mitt i smeten i Chinatown! Rekommenderas varmt. Huset är snyggt och prydligt, precis som på bilderna, och allting fungerade perfekt - själv-incheckning med smartlås, hus- och områdesguide på QR-kod på matbordet och smart TV med appar. Vi bodde två vuxna med tre barn och bottenvåningen med vardagsrum och kök var en perfekt samlingsplats för oss. Hus var tyst och ostört samtidigt som vi kunde gå till nattmarknaden på 2 minuter. Armie är en toppenvärd, han verkar ha tänkt på allt och svarar snabbt på frågor.

非常棒的小别墅，干净整洁，居住舒适。地理位置优越，离bts很近，附近很多当地小吃。和房东的沟通也很顺畅，总的来说适合一家人出行居住。

지진 때문에 급하게 숙소를 예약하고 이용했는데, 너무 친절하시고, 저희 상황도 배려해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다😭✨ 방도 많고, 침구류, 넉넉한 생필품까지 😖 다음에 방콕 가게되면 무조건 다시 예약 할 것 입니다! :)

It was a pleasant and homely stay. Host was extremely meticulous about every details of the house. We didn’t really feel short of anything. Everything’s accessible around the area. Thanks for the thoughtful hospitality. (Secretly hoping I could get a better single bed, but nothing major).

Great home on a great location but even better Host! Mei Mei went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She arranged transportation from and to the airport and to the elephant sanctuary. Home was perfect for a big group like us (14 family members) we will be back and we’ll be staying again at Mei Mei’s.

Thank you for hosting us. Everything ok as per photos & well secured other than what shared privately which I’m sure it’s isolated case. Only thing the distance to bts is quite far. Quite a long 15/20 mins walk especially in the hot sun. Still have to grab most time. 1 of the bathroom upstairs very hot 🥵 becos of the aircon condenser motor running inside there. It create unhappiness in the air when 1 couple had to stay in that room. So becos of these 2 factors, rate can be cheaper😅. Otherwise the stay Is perfect! Thank you again!

房东非常nice～我和我们家人入住，还给我们准备了泡面等小吃。有什么小问题住旁边的邻居会过来帮忙！房东也会及时回复！我们离开的第二天缅甸地震，曼谷也被影响，房东还非常关心我们给我发讯息！还有一件事情是我把鞋子忘记拿了，房东帮我保存好，后面我又回去拿！入住非常棒的体验，像家人一样，谢谢！
