Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Silo House. Manuel and his wife were very spot on with everything. We definitely could not have asked for a better place and host to allow us to get married at their property. We look fwd to coming back.

Beautiful house, peaceful and private area. If we didn't have the kids we would have probably stayed the whole vacation at the house. The owners greeted us the day of, answered promptly throughout the vacation if we had any questions and welcomed us back when we left. We will be coming back and we recomend this house to anyone.

Such a beautiful house, very clean, looks like photos! Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Host was very helpful and fast to respond. If we are back in the area we will definitely try to stay here again!

Adam was so helpful in this process. We drove over 1200 miles to get there and had no concerns at all thanks to his great and clear communication. Even when one small issue popped up, Adam was quick to respond and had multiple resolution options at the ready. The house was one of the best stocked places I've ever rented and the beds were so comfy. The view of the water is so beautiful and the the night noises are so peaceful after a long day. I can't say enough good things, truly. They take the effort to put out fun things for you to enjoy, make great local suggestions, stock the bathrooms with cute toiletries, have more than a fair amount of kitchen supplies and make all expectations clear so there's no questions.

We stayed 9 days in this house, my family and I, a total of 5 people. The house is very well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and more. There was a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station with everything needed to prepare them. We loved it, and my kids enjoyed it a lot. There’s plenty of space to play. It had many board games and activities to entertain the kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, with lots of thoughtful details. The house itself is very cozy, and we had a great time.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

We had a great stay! The apartment was great, good size and really walkable. We loved the location being right on the river walk and going across the street for dinner and lunch. The pool was fun too on the hot days! We travelled with kids and loved the ability to go back to the apt easily for naptime and then venture back out without it feeling like a hassle.

This was my husband and I's second time staying with Susanne. Originally we stayed at her other property for our wedding a year ago. We loved the bungalow and location so much that we decided to stay with her again to celebrate our one year anniversary. Per usual, the space was beautiful. Susanne really cares about the details: the almond tart that she bakes for you, all the small snacks & drinks, and even a sound machine to fall asleep to. The bed is also extremely comfy. We had a great time. I look forward to staying here again. :)

Johana communicated in a timely manner. The home was easy to find, clean and cozy. The kitchen had the essentials needed to make small meals and snacks. Johana provided the first drink and homemade cookies. One thing we struggled with was the temperature of the cowboy tub, the instructions for the tub and jets could have been more clear. However we did enjoy being on the tub at night and the ambiance on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the Botanical gardens, Riverwalk and airport.

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

Bob and Patti were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. They were super friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Bob and Patti for your incredible hospitality! We’d love to come back again.

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary and Easter at this beautiful property! We loved that it was secluded and we were able to enjoy sitting on the back porch and watch deer. One of the special treats…They provide farm fresh eggs, Coke, Coke Zero, hot tea, and coffee. Additionally biscuits & o.j. (When you let them know)! There was a storm that came in and we felt safe, never lost power, and they checked on us to make sure we were ok! We were not focused on tv time or our phones, but internet is limited. The location is secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for. There are games and a dvd player with movies, and books too! The drive is absolutely gorgeous, but it does take about 25-30 minutes to get to Fredericksburg. Which was perfectly fine with us to enjoy time together! The time we spent at the cabin was perfect! You’ll definitely want to grab your bags and reserve your stay now!

Love Zach’s place. Stopped in for a night from Houston on my way to west Texas. The blueberry muffins are top tier. Plan to book again.

My wife and I were in town from NY for a family members wedding in Kerville. I will say we made the right choice on where to stay. Absolutely amazing, comfortable, peaceful and scenic cabin tucked just far enough away to feel like your away from everything. Cabin was beautiful and everything in the cabin was as described and was so clean. We had everything we needed plus. The A/C and fan kept it nice and cool. Shower was great, beds were comfortable, but the best was just sitting on the porch looking into the Hills and enjoying the air. We even saw a couple deer pass through the front yard. All stores and restaraunts were about 5-10 min away which was great. Butch was very responsive and made sure everything was good when we arrived. All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend if you are in the Kerville area and need somewhere peaceful to stay. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in town. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay at your place!!

Paul’s place was just right for the getaway we wanted. Spacious enough for staying a few days. We wanted to have a quiet place as our location to explore the hill country.

We loved being back at this cabin for the second year in a row. Perfect for our little family. Our kids loved the access to the river and the fenced backyard was perfect for us to feel at peace while the kids and the dog played outside! Beautiful views

Beautiful place. I did know it was going to be small, but it was even smaller than expected. I did not love the fact that we had to take all of our trash with us when we left. But other than that it was very comfortable and relaxing! Hot tub was awesome, and star gazing was great.

Great place to stay got some rain so we were able to see the river come up some. Got there early host was able to let us in early. Hot tub was perfect. The inside was really nice and well maintained. My wife got some decoration ideas, that’s going to cost me some money. Anyway definitely worth the trip.

This little cabin was a great surprise. Came here for a few days for my girlfriend’s birthday. Upon arrival, we immediately knew that pictures hadn’t done the place justice. It was a lot more manicured in person and had a awesome view of the river. We drank coffee on the porch every day and bird watched/deer watched every morning and night. The bed was comfortable and the couch was just enough space to cozy up and watch a movie on the TV. Our dog is great off leash, and with supervision he had the time of his life down by the river. Bandera was an awesome town, and again, we were pleasantly surprised by all they had to offer. We are excited to go back and spend more time in the town of Bandera. The stay overall was basically five star, but here a few things to know: The road to get to town is windy and hilly and dangerous at night so be careful. Bring your own steak knives. You’ll have to space your showers out at least an hour apart or be prepared to shower in cold water. Thanks!!
