The Helm—2-Story Container Home close to Magnolia Market

This unique home started as two shipping containers–20' and 40'. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors or a side entry with a standard door. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck and upstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior spiral stairway. We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in. The location is a safe rural neighbourhood, just north of Waco and close to I-35. Surrounded by trees, cattle graze nearby. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn. Shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. only 3 minutes away by road. You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Nestled on 50 acres located near the tail end of Tradinghouse Lake & across the road from Lake Mart. Our cozy little farm is a wonderful place to sit back, relax, & enjoy the country life. Say hello to our cows & donkey, roast marshmallows over a fire, cast a line in one of our ponds, or take a peaceful walk down to the big lake. It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).

Reserve "The Cabin" for two or pair it with "The Barndiminium" for a shared experience with friends or family! The Cabin is located on a working ranch hub alongside "The Barndominium" and our workshop. Relish in this beautiful, peaceful country area with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises! Cell phones work!

Private cottage with yard minutes to Magnolia

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Welcome to the Artist's Cottage!

Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

Welcome to Twin Lake Cottage! The entire house is yours to enjoy. Our guests love the water views, fishing and peaceful country setting. The cottage offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while being perfectly located near downtown Waco, the Magnolia Silos and BSR Cable Park and Surf Resort. Restaurants, coffee shops and dining are all within a short, 15 min drive to Waco. The cottage is cleaned and sanitized and eager to welcome you.

Welcome to the A-Frame, just 30 minutes from Waco. This charming cabin offers a serene escape surrounded by Hill Country views. The A-frame's architecture adds character and provides a cozy atmosphere with abundant natural light. Enjoy the outdoor area complete with a soaking tub, fire pit, and hot tub. Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
