The house is a single-story building, so everything is located on the ground floor. It accommodates up to 4 people, making it ideal for couples and families; an additional person could also sleep on the sofa. The house features an open-plan kitchen and living area, along with two bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a 180x200 double bed, a 150x200 double bed, wardrobes, and mirrors. There are air conditioning units (cooling and heating) in both the living room and the master bedroom at the back of the house. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are also available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils (pots, pans, spices) and appliances (microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, kettle, blender, and washer-dryer). Tap water in the kitchen is safe to drink. Hot water is provided via solar energy, with an electric backup option available if needed. The windows and doors are fitted with insect screens, and the windows have roller shutters. Amenities also include a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, fan, and heaters. Additionally, there is an inner courtyard where guests can securely park their car or motorcycle. An outdoor security camera is installed. For safety, the house is equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a carbon monoxide detector.

Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 km from the city center and 2 km close to a sandy beach. It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.
