The location was great for what we needed. One mile away from Topsail Manor where my son was getting married. Easy access and close to the beach. Beach was very clean. House was also clean except for sand on the floors and in the sheets. House also had a lot of needed necessities. I would stay here again.

Staying at this Airbnb felt like a true escape. The location couldn't have been better – being mere steps from the beach was such a treat, allowing for spontaneous walks and the calming sound of the waves. It was wonderful to find such a genuinely dog-friendly place; my pups absolutely loved it, which made the stay even more enjoyable for me. The entire atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I found the off-season to be a particularly lovely time to visit, with beautiful weather and a sense of peacefulness. The property itself had everything I could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Amy was fantastic – always communicative and helpful, ensuring a smooth and easy stay. While there were plenty of options for things to do in the area, I also appreciated the opportunity to simply unwind and work remotely in such a serene setting. The upper deck was my favorite spot for getting sun many hours of the day. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and this is a favorite!

This home exceeded our expectations! The location of this home was just beautiful. The home itself was very roomy yet cozy for 2 families with 3 children to enjoy. It was also super clean. This Airbnb had the best equipped kitchen i’ve ever seen in a rental with plenty of good quality pots, pans, dishes bowls, various glassware for cocktails, and grilling tools. Even plenty of plastic dishes for kids, ziplock bags and plastic wrap! No detail was forgotten. There are plenty of areas to enjoy meals or just hang out inside the house , out on the deck or on the patio. I also wanted to mention there were plenty of towels, extra pillows and bedding for all 7 of us. I didn’t have any issues but reached out to Matthew to let him know we were very pleased with his home and he responded right away. Matthew’s home provided us with the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in Emerald Isle and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Comfortable and tidy home - Main entrance is on bottom floor w/all the bedrooms and kitchen and living room are upstairs. Two bedrooms and living room have access straight to the beach - the beach & ocean is literally just steps away - amazing !! Quiet community w/numerous restaurants and ice cream shops just minutes away.

We had such a wonderful time! The home is right on the beach with the walkway putting you on the sand in just 25 paces. Yes I counted. lol It is a small house perfect for a couple (although it can sleep more) which is hard to find on the beach that is affordable. The house for the most part was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. It did lack cleaning supplies except for dish detergent. Some glass cleaner, a spray cleaner or stove top cleaner would have been handy to have during our stay. This is a place worth returning to again and again! It was peaceful, relaxing and the beach magical with lots of sharks teeth and sea shells. The overall price we paid was a great value although I noticed the nightly price is higher for 2025 so a bit more expensive now.

This place was exactly as listed. The access to the beach made it so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

Will visit again! The location can’t get any better if you want to be right on the beach when you open the backdoor.

Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

Cindy was a wonderful host, communicating promptly to any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze and the condo included all amenities needed for a stress-free beach getaway. Would definitely be returning guests!

While Tropical Storm Debby played havoc with the weather while we were there, we found the place to be very comfortable, accessible, and close to everything we needed. We did have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but there was a crosswalk and all motorists stopped when the crosswalk light was activated. The walkway to the beach was very helpful, especially for families toting kids in strollers or wagons. Having pool access was key for staying with kids, and the pool area is very kid-friendly. With the storm, we spent more time indoors at the place than we would have normally, but it was large enough for our group that we were comfortable eating and relaxing there.

Perfect location for a Thanksgiving get away. Super close to the ocean and the little downtown area. Access to Morehead City and beautiful Beaufort is just minutes away. The house efficiently packs 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a fully loaded kitchen. Beautiful sunsets and amazing ocean walks. Communication with Steve is a solid 10!!!

The host was extremely responsive. Loved the place. Everything in Surf City is super close. Had a great stay. Would rent again!

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view

Robin’s place is an easy walk across the lawn to the covered gazebo on top of the dunes with just a few more steps to the beautiful beach. Easy to find and so convenient to good seafood restaurants, a grocery store, and drives to explore the area. Within a short walk on sidewalks we passed restaurants and convenience shopping. The condo’s interior was comfortably furnished and had an excellent kitchen. The dishes, flatware, and pots and pans were new looking and high quality. Being aware from the listing that the bed is full size in a narrow space did not pose us a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Very clean and homey. We loved that there were 2 balconies that all looked out onto the beach. The beach was right off of the condo which we also loved. Andrew was very helpful if we needed something or even if we just had a question. Check in was contactless and super easy! Would absolutely stay here again!

Location, location, location. Joanne’s Beach House gave us a very unique perspective of the ocean, close enough that even when we were not on the beach, we felt we were. The sound of crashing waves were audible even in the bedrooms at night. My husband and have been visiting Topsail for many years, we’ve stayed oceanfront, but never this “ocean front”. The cottage itself was darling, small but perfect for the two of us, clean, well appointed, perfectly decorated with a stylish Beachy vibe. The weather though not the best for our week, however with being so close to the sand , we could easily slip in & out and catch the sun without much effort at all. We will be back & highly recommend❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

We had such a relaxing weekend getaway here! The beach access was so convenient and we really enjoyed how quiet the area was (the complex and the beach). My girlfriend is a germaphobe and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be back!🙂

We loved the location and laid back vibe of the whole area. The house is footsteps to the beach. Our family enjoyed the space. We even extended our stay to delight in the view one extra day.

It was exactly as pictured! The heated pool and beach were amazing (even in mid-April)!! It was accessible for my parents (chair lift to main level and king bedroom/bath on main level) and fun for the kids (bunk room had many games and puzzles). Restaurants and stores are a short drive away. The beach is not accessible for everyone as you have to walk over the dunes without any kind of handrails. But my parents didn’t feel they missed a thing as the ocean views and sounds from the many decks of the house were breathtaking. We would definitely suggest this house for families and would love to come back!

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Very spacious and comfy for a large group. Steps from the ocean. Jeremiah was very accommodating and responsive.

This was our second time vacationing here. We love the ocean views, cleanliness of the house, location on the island. It is a great place for a family getaway. The host is great as well. Highly recommend!
