We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

We had a wonderful time at George's place. It is a nice, comfortable and quite spacious house, very well equipped and very clean. Great location to sightsee local attractions and monuments and a few minutes' drive from the most wonderful beaches in the area. George's recommendations were perfect and his neighbors are amazing! Thank you all very much for your hospitality and kindness!

La casa è bellissima, così vicina al mare che sempre di stare in barca. Pulitissima e ben arredata. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, precisi e reattivi (Elina, la figlia del proprietario, è sempre stata velocissima a rispondere ai messaggi) e ci hanno aiutato con vari problemi che abbiamo avuto che non dipendevano dall’alloggio. Purtroppo a metà vacanza ha iniziato a soffiare fortissimo il Meltemi (da quel punto di vista la posizione della casa non aiuta, ma va anche detto che abbiamo avuto molta sfortuna col vento in quei giorni) e ha un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera..che peccato, ce la saremmo voluta godere di più. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Η εμπειρία μας σε αυτό το Airbnb ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Από την αρχή, η κα Λαμπρινή-Άννα ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, δείχνοντας πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για τη διαμονή μας. Το σπίτι ήταν άψογα καθαρό, προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, και είχε μια ζεστή, φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ βολική, σε ήσυχη περιοχή, αλλά με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Είχε όλες τις παροχές που θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε, και πραγματικά φαινόταν πως είχε γίνει μια προσεκτική σκέψη για την άνεση των επισκεπτών (κυρίως με την κλειστή θέση πάρκινγκ που είναι δύσκολο να βρεις σε αυτή την πόλη σαν παροχή). Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε το συγκεκριμένο χώρο ξανά και θα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε φίλους και γνωστούς!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Lage und Aussicht. Wir sind auf dem Landweg von Athen gekommen und waren erst spät im dunklen in Neo Styra wo wir an der Tankstelle freundlich erwartet wurden und zum Haus geleitet wurden. Zurück haben wir die Fähre genommen was wesentlich angenehmer war als die endlose langsame Küstenstraße auf Evia. Der Blick von der Terrasse des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft. Wir waren im März vor Ort daher war es einfach noch zu kalt für den Pool der Kamin war am Abend wichtiger für uns. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und liegt einfach toll. Die Zufahrt ist anspruchsvoll und man sollte ein etwas höheres Auto fahren. Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss um nach Neo Styra zu kommen. Vor Ort gibt es auch eine halbwilde Katze die gerne den Kontakt zu den Gästen sucht und sich kraulen lässt. Wir waren rundrum zufrieden mit unserem Kurzurlaub.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the bay. It has a lot of personality and privacy - the three rooms and the kitchen / living room are all within 20m of each other, but have private entrances. Great wind all day long, and 2 min away from the beach, whether you want a private dip or an unpretentious beach club with good food. I would just be wary if any visitors have a bad back / knees or are pregnant, as the entrance that is comfortable to get to by car requires climbing a bit of stairs. Otherwise, one can use the dirt road going around the bay to get to the upper entrance. Overall though, it has been an absolute pleasure!

Πολύ όμορφη και άνετη εξοχική μονοκατοικία, ιδανική για επισκέπτες με παιδιά ή κατοικίδια ζώα, αλλά και ηλικιωμένα άτομα, καθώς είναι πλήρως προσβάσιμη και πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια στην κεντρική παραλία και τα εστιατόρια της περιοχής. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη, επικοινωνιακή και πολύ ευχάριστη στην παρέα, ήταν διαθέσιμη κάθε στιγμή για μας και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας προτείνει δραστηριότητες. Λάτρεψα τις δύο λεμονιές στην αυλή της και τα λεμόνια που μας πρόσφερε για σουβενίρ!

Wir kamen mit zwei kleinen Kindern mitten in der Nacht in Athen an. Margaritas Haus war perfekt- schnell zu erreichen, genau richtig ausgestattet und ein passender Platz für die erste Nacht. Danke sehr!

Ioanna's house was a great place for our company of 10! We had trouble finding the house at first, as there are 3 places with the same address, so you should always copy and paste the latter part of the address that Ioanna sends you onto Google maps. The house was nicely cleaned, and we had great fun there together as it can accommodate a large group upstairs to gather. Ioanna was caring and provided sufficient seasonings, decent branded shampoo and soap, and personal hygiene items for women as well. The house is a little walk away from public transportation or restaurants, but food can be delivered without problem. Although there were netting on every window, quite a few mosquitoes got in through the door, so having a bug spray will come in handy. When exiting from the 1st floor, the door will automatically lock after it's shut, so be careful to carry the keys with you. We loved the proximity to the Athens Airport from the house, and seeing the planes fly over the house consistently:)

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in Evi's home! The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the things we needed. There were games and books for our kids and the fruit trees downstairs supplied us with delicious fruit. The kitchen had some basic spices available and multiple kinds of coffee and tea. Evi was easy to communicate with and was very responsive when we had questions. She went out of her way to welcome us and even let us know about some traditional events going on that we might notice. I would definitely recommend Evi's place to others and would be happy to stay here again!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo, Vasilis è un grande ospite! Per noi la casa è stata molto comoda come base per fare tante escursioni in auto verso tutta l'Attica e le sue località storiche. Abbiamo trovato belle spiagge anche nei dintorni, in particolare a Shinias, vicino a Maratona. Fantastico prendere il caffè al mattino sulla veranda, sentendo il profumo delle piante del giardino. La casa è in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa di Nea Makri, ma è facilmente raggiungibile, vicino alla grande strada che porta direttamente ad Atene. Unico difetto della zona, ma non solo lì, è il problema che non vengono svuotati regolarmente i cassonetti delle immondizie e il comune dovrebbe tenere più in ordine tutto il paese, così sarebbe perfetto per una vacanza speciale.

Ήρθαμε να χαλαρώσουμε, 6 άτομα στο σύνολο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν δροσερό και άνετο με το δικό του προαύλιο, το οποίο είναι ξεχωριστό της πισίνας, και ιδανικό για πρωινό. Η πισίνα και γενικά ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι εξαιρετικός.

Stort hus med två våningar. Fantastisk utsikt över havet. Manolis var en mycket bra värd. Svarade alltid snabbt och var mycket hjälpsam. Rekommenderar bil eftersom det är brant backe upp till huset och det inte finns någon super market i närheten. Stranden Kaki Thalassa har ofta stora vågor vilket vi uppskattar och en klippa för barn och ungdomar att hoppa ifrån.

Vicki est une excellente hôte toujours à l'écoute et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Le logement est spacieux et calme avec une super jardin. Un véritable plaisir de profiter de la mer et des restaurants à moins de 10 mn à pied. Les sites historiques d'Athènes sont incroyables. Nous esperons revenir très vite.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία σε έναν πολύ ευχάριστο χώρο, πεντακάθαρο, διακοσμημένο με γούστο, εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς (ακόμα και οδοντοφλυφίδες!), σε ήσυχο μέρος. Είναι κοντά στην παραλία Αυλακίου, ακόμα και με τα πόδια, και στην πλαζ του ΕΟΤ, το σουπερ-μαρκετ είναι στα 500 μέτρα. Ο George και ο Kostas είναι εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες, επικοινωνιακοί, ευγενικοί, οι οδηγίες τους για το πώς να βρει κανείς το σπίτι ήταν σαφείς, απαντούσαν άμεσα σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση και (καθώς ήταν η πρώτη μας φορά στο Πόρτο Ράφτη) είχαν προτάσεις για παραλίες και καλές ψαροταβέρνες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα .

Ήταν όλα όπως στην περιγραφή και τις εικόνες! Η Δώρα είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα και πολύ εξυπηρετική! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας!

Gerasimos and Vasilis were extremely cooperative and communicative, great hosts. Helped figure out some issues and sent us a personal delivery to resolve some challenges and gave recommendations for local restaurants. Great stay

Beautiful apartment on the 1st level of a 2-storied house. Spotless, cool even during the week-long heatwave we encountered (~110F). On a side, dirt road, buried among trees, it’s walking distance to a supermarket, a fancy beach club, a beach, and a couple of restaurants. Less than 1km away on each side are many more restaurants, bars with organized beaches, and one of the best public (with entrance fee) organized beaches in the region (Avlaki). Great bathroom (large counter space, lots of storage space, spacious shower, modern) especially for Greek standards. WiFi, A/C, and TV worked without a glitch. Bonus: a family of artists, the hosts have decorated the home with their original art that will impress. Finally, the house guard-dog, Wendy, will steal your (and any kids’) hearts. Great value, perfect for our family of 4 (with young kids).
