Beautiful surf bach, prime location, well appointed and cozy! Would love to come back here as a family. My daughter loved the playhouse outside and our dog enjoyed being so close to the beach! Highly recommend

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Had a great stay, clean, heaps of space, comfortable beds, great shower, nice outdoor setting. Accidentally left a necklace over the stay and Jessica was kind enough to courier it back also free of charge!

We had an awesome couple of days at this property. The location was perfect for us, close to Bayfair, Bay Wave and just a quick walk to the beach. It was also only a quick drive down to the Mount and easily accessible to Bay Oval.

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

Great location near the beach and family friendly house with a backyard full of toys. Also near great coffee/lunch spots. Comfortable beds and good curtains. Outside deck and the house overall could use an upgrade as its all outdated and worn thin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was pristine, very comfortable and had all we needed - was better than the pictures As a group staying for a surf competition at Papamoa was only a short distance to where we needed to be. We definitely look to stay here again as a first option next visit.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved our time at Catherine's place. It was a lovely home, lots of books, beautiful surroundings inside and out. Lovely touches with biscuit and wine. Shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. Loads of towels for the pool and shower. Super luxurious and loved it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

We had an idyllic home away from home experience. Friendly owners, respectful of guests and quick to assist if required. The property was the perfect getaway, the gardens so beautiful, outdoor area to sit and watch rabbits and quail dashing around the grounds. Hope to stay again. Would highly recommend.

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our mini-moon! From the moment we arrived, we were in love—gorgeous flower gardens, dreamy hydrangeas, and the most charming vintage decor that was so our vibe. Every little detail was thoughtful and welcoming. Our small dog, Hazel, was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and exploring the garden. It felt like a cosy, romantic escape while still having all the comforts of home. We truly didn’t want to leave! Love, love, love—would stay again in a heartbeat! 💕✨🐾

We loved our stay at this gorgeous, cosy apartment. It's clean, beautifully decorated and in an unbeatable location. Being able to go across the road for coffee in the mornings and walk to dinner was amazing.
