And you can't beat the location: On a quiet street lined with Victorian-era homes, just four blocks from each of Seaview's two beach approaches. Fully updated with great attention to detail, it also has a lovely front yard with low-smoke Solo Stove fire pit. Private, peaceful and a wonderful base from which to explore the Long Beach Peninsula, Astoria and all this area has to offer.

The Scottage by the sea steps away from the beach!

This quaint home is located on a large fenced in lot just 1 block from the beach with off-street parking. The detached garage includes supplies for crabbing, clamming, biking, roller blading, sand toys, skim boards, wood & firepit, kites, and a ping pong table. Our little beach house was built in 1924 and has been in the Scott family for over 50 years. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $50 extra cleaning for them. If not bringing dogs, the $50 extra fee will be credited back to you.

Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for birding and taking in the mountain views.
