Charmante petite maison indépendante près d'un gros noyer dans un hameau offrant calme et tranquillité. A 2 pas du Musée "Le Vieux Cormenier", 5 min en voiture du parc animalier "La Vallée des Singes", 45 min du Futuroscope, 35 min du Circuit de Valdivienne. A 7 kms des commerces, du centre aquatique, des médecins, pharmacies, du ciné, des restos, des stations services... Linges de lit et de maison fournis, pas le linge de toilette. Le ménage est fait par nos soins. WIFI et TV d'orange gratuits.

Bienvenue dans notre gîte "Le repos du potier", lieu paisible à la lisière d'un hameau. Point de départ idéal pour balades en pleine nature (Natura 2000). À proximité : rivière de Réjalant (baignade, canoë), Vallée des Singes, villages typiques. (Ruffec, Confolens, Verteuil-sur-Charente, Nanteuil-en-Vallée). Plus loin (45 min) : Futuroscope, Poitiers, Angoulême. Nous proposons également des initiations à la céramique et des démonstrations de cuissons Raku dans l'atelier voisin. Réservez vite!

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Situé à la campagne, dans une zone boisée, la cabane, est à 3 min de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie bio, supermarchés, enseigne de surgelés...) et à 3 min du coeur de ville de Saint-Junien, (marché hebdomadaire le samedi matin, halles couvertes, bars, restaurants, médecins, hôpital...). Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

La Perdrix gite is deceptively spacious (60 sqm) blending charm and character with original beams and exposed stone walls. Ideal for 2 but can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. Ground floor: main bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room. Upstairs: 1 double bed on the mezzanine. All linen and bathroom towels provided. The private terrace is equipped with table, chairs & parasol overlooking the amazing heated pool and countryside beyond. Sorry no pets.
