Would most definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, instructions were extremely detailed, owners take pride in the place they provide for out of town travelers. Outside of the occasional footsteps, this place did not feel like a basement. Huge bonus to have every light with a dimmer. Owners went above and beyond during a recent snowstorm, taking the preventative measures and even making sure the walkways were clear of snow. Easy to find. Excellent location. One of, if not, my favorite stays.

We always enjoy staying in Jennie's guest suite! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the activities we had planned. We'd love to stay again!

An amazing place to stay. Walkable distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Also an easy uber to anywhere in downtown. The location was great, being quiet and private but yet so close to downtown. I appreciate the proactiveness of our host sending detailed written and video instructions on how to access the place and its parking. If you are looking for a place to stay in DT Denver, this is the one.

This place was great for the 3 of us! We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to in Nederland while there, even with a lil' snow. It's tucked away and private and we'll def stay here again!

This was our second year staying with Atomic and we love the place! The amenities are amazing and we loved having a movie night! Atomic is very responsive if and when you need anything. Their place is clean and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Loved this place, great communication with ATOMIC! My flight landed at 10AM but check-in wasn’t until 4pm. They allowed us to check in before we had even left the airport! Quiet area and peaceful, everything about the house is well kept organized and themed. Would recommend to everyone!!

If you are considering this place, look no further. It is a WONDERFUL very fun and well equipped home in a very desirable part of town.

We enjoyed this cute place. There was plenty of space for all of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Comfy beds and shower heads. Great balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather and grill. Cute table out front to enjoy your morning coffee. The important stuff.. I wish it was decorated more gender neutral. Overall was a fun place to stay.

We were very comfortable at the house. The location was convenient to hiking and central to where we wanted to go. The views from the deck on the house are beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife there. We will definitely go back.

House was in a quiet neighborhood and exactly as described. Plenty of space and room to hang out. Every room is photo worthy, highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful time here. It was exactly what we’re looking for to get away. Easy access to Boulder. Quiet, peaceful, and stunning. The views are hard to beat. We’d highly recommend this location.

This is a really great (and very clean) house with pretty much everything you need in it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The basement has fun games that the whole family had a blast playing, as well as a big TV and huge comfy couch for everyone to hang out on. The area itself is a little bland, but for a family trip, it worked just fine. Everything we did in the Denver area was about a 15-20 minute drive like it says, which no one minded, but definitely something to factor in. Alissa was also a super responsive and accommodating host. She gave easy directions on how to enter/close up, and she was always there to answer any questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here!
