Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

This property is located only 5 minutes from the famous London Bridge and the lake. You are only 7 minuted from the downtown district and all it has to offer, restaurants , bars, festivals and classic car nights . NOT ADA equipped.

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!

Super Cute Northside Location! This 430 sq.ft. guest suite can sleep up to four people. The space consists of a kitchen / living area and one king bedroom with bath. The living room can accommodate up to 2 guests on the pullout sleep sofa. Come and go as you please with private keypad entrance. Private walled yard with sparkling pool and shaded patio area. Enjoy a relaxing stay for a weekend or longer.

Fantastic Rental In Lake Havasu with a large Private Pool with waterfall (Not heated for winter months), Volleyball Court with brand new crystal white beach sand, and built in back yard BBQ area with patio and outdoor TV and refrigerator. This house has outdoor cameras; they are only checked in emergencies and used for plant health monitoring.
