Freshly updated, but still retains a bit of character and charm in its hardwood floors, kitchen, and original transom window over the front door. Fully furnished, with living room, full kitchen, and separate bedroom with queen-size bed (memory foam mattress). The rear balcony provides a private outdoor space, too!

Once a home for goats located in a secluded area on our property, it is now a peaceful garden oasis among the trees for those seeking a break from the norm. Inside, you can enjoy a cozy and relaxing place to lounge or rest. Outside, you can spend time around the fire pit, collect fresh eggs for breakfast, kayak on a nearby river, bike to local ice cream shops, or take a nap in a hammock.

Kick back and relax in this tranquil and stylish space. This main level home is next to the new Electric Works GE campus and all of the excitement downtown! This newly remodeled home features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. The stunning kitchen has all of the amenities you will need to cook and entertain, a washer/dryer, exterior security system, deck, private fenced yard and garage parking. Peaches Place is a cozy 440 sf. home, set back from the street with a big front yard for a sense of privacy while still being in a close-knit community. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Cozy boho 6 bedroom 4 bath getaway. with hot tub

This spacious property is ideal for family gatherings and group events. It features six bedrooms, five of them have queen beds and one is a king, three and a half bathrooms, and a large basement equipped with a ping pong table and dart board for entertainment. We recently added a sofa sleeper in the basement for more sleeping options. sleeps 14. Two living large living rooms with plenty of seating.

A unique completely remodeled historic 1 bedroom with plenty of character and charm. Located on the corner of Line and Van Buren you can enjoy views of downtown out of the second story windows.
