Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Attractive and efficient space. Your suite is private. There are no common areas. Gold Canyon is a sleepy little town nestled under the Superstition Mountains. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

Beautiful Hiking trails all around! 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. Close to Tonto Natural Bridge, East Verde River, the Mogollon Rim, and Water Wheel campground! Friendly dog on premises. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families, with kids, are all welcome! Please no pets, no smoking.

Mi Casita is a private resort style Casita in the Sonoran Desert located in the beautiful horse country of N. Scottsdale. While connected to the main residence, (Casita is not accessible to main house for guests) the casita has it own private entrance on the opposite side. A wonderful private patio with seating and gas grill along with beautiful views, complete the space.
