This bungalow is a perfect little retreat for a couple or a small family. We would like to head back again this year; we had a restful and lovey time!

What a great place. Nice quiet friendly community feel with pretty much everything you need to lay low and enjoy Madeira Beach and nearby. Away from the hustle bustle yet convenient if you want to go check stuff out. Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Thanks John! Oh yeah and you too Dave (Property Manager). You're on top of it man!

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

Kathy’s place was great! Very clean & very walkable to Pops & the beach, which was great because we didn’t have a rental car. We didn’t realize that the Restaurant overflow parking was right in front of the house, but it didn’t get noisy so that was great. She had all the stuff needed for the beach, which was amazing. We did have issues with the wifi, but she was very responsive & willing to help. Overall great place!

This Airbnb is exactly as pictured. You can’t get any closer to the beach. They had plenty of towels and beach chairs to use too. There’s a restaurant, Caddy’s that is walking distance, great food and drinks. If you are looking for more of a laid back beach vibe, this is your spot. It’s close to Clearwater and John’s pass which was a blast to visit but the beach is ALOT less busy than Clearwater..which is what I prefer- somewhere close to action but a little ways out so you can be in peace. Definitely recommend!

Loved our week long stay here. It was all seamless and easy from the get go. The staff was very communicative and helpful as we ran into a couple minor issues. All in all enjoyed our stay and would recommend to those looking for a reasonably priced stay close to the beach.

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

This place is exactly as advertised. The location was particularly nice because it is a two minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Holmes Beach and within a very short drive to everything in Anna Maria Island. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The added benefit of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, kick boards, coolers, etc) pprovided by the owner was amazing. Everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great price on a rental in Holmes Beach.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, larger than expected and well stocked with essentials. The backyard was like a tropical oasis, with beautiful plants, lush trees, and a sandy area. The jacuzzi was nice to enjoy in the backyard as well. Magdi and Bill are very nice hosts, and answered any questions that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at The Palm & Pine. The house was perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated, had great living spaces including a wonderful kitchen and was super clean. The screened porch was fabulous! We ate all of our meals on the porch and so enjoyed sitting in the Rattan hanging chairs - enjoying the warm weather and the home's beautiful landscaping. The home is so close to everything we wanted to do. It is walking distance to the Sarasota YMCA, the Arlington Park Aquatic Center and Paver Park. In addition, it is a very short drive to Siesta Key Beach, the Bobby Jones Golf Course and historic downtown Sarasota. Best of all Kevin was a wonderful host - so helpful and easy to communicate with. It was very difficult to leave - but we look forward to our return trip to The Palm & Pine.

Great place, great location, only 5 minutes from downtown by car, neighborhood quiet and peaceful.

This property has all of the amenities that made it feel like home. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are amazing (with smart mirrors), the kitchen is high end and we especially enjoyed the espresso machines in all three proprieties. The desk and workspace were perfect. The internet was fast and the smart TV's were great. This was the perfect layout for our family as everyone could have their own space and privacy with the bungalows. You don't need to bring a single thing as everything is provided.

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

Danuta’s home is lovely & she answered all of my inquiries very quickly! The furnishings are classy yet comfortable, with many unique lighting fixtures throughout the home & screened pool area and the kitchen is very well equipped. We were in town for a 4 night family event, therefore proximity to touristy attractions didn’t matter—but is convenient to all the main thoroughfares of NPR. My favorite features are the screened lanai for a peaceful morning coffee & late night tea; the MBR glass shower stall and laundry area ease of access. Would definitely return!

This home was everything we could've asked for, between the cleanliness, the pool, and all the kitchen amenities. It made our stay that much better. This Fine Home, was very responsive and extremely inviting. We highly recommend them!! We'll be back. Thank you again!

The house is spacious & in a great location. Only one bathroom, but it has plenty of space to store toiletry items. The pool is shared with one other house & is heated. Great treat after coming in from the beach. The kitchen is stocked well; I would just recommend taking a cookie sheet or dish if you are going to use the oven. Plenty of pots & pans for the stovetop. We loved the Kooky Coconut across the street for ice cream & food. The restaurants are all in walking distance. Guppy’s was our favorite & TJ’s was also delicious. Mindy was easy to work with & flexible. We love this beach!
