Charming and light 1930’s family house in Amstelveen, close to Amsterdam. It is a spacious and nice modern house of 150m2 with 4 bedrooms, lots of daylight and equipped with all comforts. Centrally positioned and easily accessible by car, taxi or public transport. The perfect place for a fun holiday with the whole family in this stylish space. We enjoy living here and are happy to share our house for your holiday or city trip to Amsterdam. Our cat George will be your guide during your stay.

Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Geniet van ons fijne huis met een mooie tuin. We wonen in een rustige wijk, met vriendelijke buren. De bushalte is net om de hoek, waarmee je rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam kunt reizen. Het is overigens ook slechts 10 minuten rijden naar Amsterdam, dus je bent er zo! Ideaal natuurlijk als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek om te relaxen na een heerlijke dag in Amsterdam te hebben rondgelopen. Ons huis is enkel geschikt voor families, voor mensen uit het bedrijfsleven of voor stellen.

This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. By bike 5+ mins to trainstation, by train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. Note: we have a free parking solution, please ask for more details. This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.
