I must say this loud I LOVED THE STAY. We decided to visit Ganpatipule and booked this apartment on airbnb. After a long journey of 8 hours the first thing we whispered to each other(my friends) “what a positive stay which feels like a home”. I will highly recommend you guys to explore this stay option because it will be worth. Beach is near by, very corporate caretaker Shreyas, Avani tai makes yummy chicken and Dr. Niddhi who is so friendly and look after you the entire time. Hospitality is amazing, Stay is more beautifully than pictures. Well maintained!! Loved it and will go again. Vibe is very positive of flat, host also gets you best options to visit places and food. If anyone like to have more detailed information about this stay I have a new small page “whatsonourplatee” on insta can check out.

If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

It was a lovely house and the caretaker Chandrakant was very friendly. We were very comfortable and the location is lovely.

We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

I would like to stay again; Mandar is a very good host and is reachable for any queries. Recommended for both families and bachelors; breakfast was very tasty, thanks to the caretaker.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The property is extremely well-maintained—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully set up to ensure comfort. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Everything about the place felt cozy and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

We had a peaceful stay at this beautiful residence. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Basic kitchen utilities are provided. The sights of Panhala fort are very accessible even by foot (a 3-4 hour walking tour covers most attractions). As the residence area is forested and away from main roads, it is not recommended to walk around after dark. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. Good place for a relaxing break away from city life!

I am in love with the place. Stayed here for one night. They also very nicely accomodated bday decoration request. The staff is great, very friendly. Food was awesome. My only request will be that the dart games and other games be kept in an accessible area to play. Maybe near gazebo. Or near main stay. Also the road till gazebo is great but from gazebo to the main stay is a slightly bumpy ride. but apart from the above suggestions, loved the place! Great people, great stay, very accommodating and to be very honest, felt extremely rejuvenated after just one day there. :) hopefully will get the opportunity to be back someday :) Thanks for everything....
