You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! Our Fresh, Relaxing Studio has a light, fresh and youthful style along with being very comfortable and functional. Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Sant Cugat has not lost the charm of the town, from where you can escape to Barcelona, rest on the beaches from the coast or discover a Catalan icon: the mountain of Montserrat. You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.

Visita nuestro pasado romano, medieval y modernista. Nuestra ciudad ofrece también paseos agradables, comercios de todo tipo y una interesante oferta gastronómica. A pocos quilómetros se encuentran los monasterios de Poblet y Stes Creus, Port Aventura, el golf Costa Dorada, el Delta del Ebro y la zona vinícola del Priorato entre otras.

Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

A 6 km d'Igualada. L'apartament té un llit de matrimoni, un sofà llit, cuina i bany amb dutxa.

Gran sala de estar (smart TV 50" y AACC), cocina y comedor abiertos completamente equipados (lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso, micro, hervidor de agua, tostadora y “ecofiltro” para el agua filtrada). Wifi gratuita de alta velocidad. 1 Dormitorios King size. 1 Baños completos con ducha efecto lluvia.

Luminoso apartamento en el centro

Luminoso apartamento en el centro de Vilanova. Casa de mediados del siglo XIX recientemente reformada con un estilo sencillo y moderno. El espacio es muy sugerente ya que hay diferentes texturas, diferentes alturas y materiales, tanto modernos como antiguos. El apartamento consta de un espacio diáfano donde encontramos una sala con cocina y sala de estar y un espacio para el dormitorio. El cuarto de baño es la única parte del apartamento que está cerrada.

Located in the center of the maritime district and close to all service. Possibility of additional rental of a parking space near the apartment for € 8 per day. During the months of July and August the minimum stay will be six nights.

The sleeping room is very luminous, with direct sunlight to the bed. The bed is big sized (160×200). Free 500mb internet. Our guests pets are also welcomed.
